I don\u2019t think that blind luck existed as a result of the people on the <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125117.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignright\"\/>streets &#8212; the agents, Customs agents, FBI agents &#8212; but as a result of the level of incompetence much higher up the food chain. And, as such, I think it would be a fair comparison to compare the leadership style of Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano to Chief Inspector Jacques Cousteau in the old Pink Panther movies where &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (laughing)<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; despite outrageous incompetence, he always managed to catch the thief.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah. (laughing) Dumb luck. (laughing) But he was much funnier than Big Sis.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Sure enough.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (laughing)<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: And, honestly, probably better looking, too.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, Inspector Clouseau, Keystone Cops.
