Keith, I\u2019m glad you called. Welcome to the EIB Network. Hello. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (silence)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Keith?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: How you doing today?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Pretty good, sir. How are you?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Good. Good. I found some more of our stimulus money and jobs. They sent me a letter in the Census letting me know that in a week I\u2019ll be getting the Census.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, I\u2019ve been reading a lot of people been getting this letter warning them that in a week they\u2019re going to be getting the official Census form. I have not received mine because I only get &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I want to let you know you\u2019re going to get it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, we\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughs)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: No! When was the last census, 2000?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I believe so.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Right. I didn\u2019t get one then.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughing) Well, he\u2019s trying to spend the money.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (interruption) Well, no. Everybody\u2019s asking, &#8216;Well, why didn\u2019t you get one?\u2019 No, I didn\u2019t try not to get one. There was no effort on my part. I just didn\u2019t get one.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I know why. I know why. But nevertheless, what was your point about? Just that they\u2019re wasting a lot of money telling us something is coming?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Just they\u2019re waiting a lot of money. Yeah. &#8216;Dear resident: About one week from now you\u2019re going to receive a 2010 census form in the mail. When you receive your form, please fill it out and mail it in promptly.\u2019 Let me give you some advice on this thing.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I want you to listen up and listen close because the way they are asking respondents or participants here to identify their &#8216;race,\u2019 you\u2019re going to laugh yourself silly when you see it is options for race. What I want each and every one of you to do &#8212; because, remember, now Obama\u2019s using this. This going to be used for reapportionment. This is going to be used for congressional delegation reapportionment. It\u2019s going to be used for welfare spending, entitlement. It\u2019s going to be used for all kinds of stuff. They have got races I\u2019ve never heard of identified on this!<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (chuckling)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125113.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"281\" height=\"402\" class=\"alignright\"\/>RUSH: So I want you to check the box that says &#8216;other\u2019 and write in &#8216;American.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You got it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Will you do that for me?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I certainly will.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Check the box that says &#8216;other.\u2019 What possible other races could there be? They\u2019ve got everything but Martian on there.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Hey, Rush?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You think I could buy an autographed copy of one of your books?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, if you could find somebody that has one, willing to sell it?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughing) <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, you mean from me.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: From you.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, from me. You know, this is a tough thing.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Come on, Rush.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, he violated the Slaughter rule, but he might not have known about the Slaughter rule. I have no idea announced the Slaughter rule for this show in a long time. See the problem when you ask me, everybody hears my answer, and if I say yes (laughing) you know what\u2019s going to happen.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You just let me know off the air.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: It\u2019s too late for that now. Because then everybody will be asking Snerdley off the air to do the same thing. We gotta go. Or do we?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: All right. Have a good day.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Are we on time or not? Are we along or not? We\u2019re on time? Fifty seconds. All right. Oh, 45 seconds. Yeah, okay. That\u2019s a tough thing. I would love to send the guy a book, but I don\u2019t have enough to send everybody who would want one. How do you do that? Well, see&#8230; (interruption) Snerdley is in there and he\u2019s being a real hard butt about this. &#8216;You just say &#8216;no.&#8221; Well, I did say no. But I feel guilty about it. This was a nice guy. He offered to buy it. I wouldn\u2019t sell it anyway. Just don\u2019t forget on the Census form.
