CALLER: Exactly, and if my tenant decides to leave, and if they damage stuff, I\u2019m stuck, because it\u2019s impossible to go after a tenant once they have left. It costs you more than whatever damage they\u2019ve done. They don\u2019t have to pay. So now we have — and the money that we\u2019ve been paid, we\u2019re not these rich landlords.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Oh, yes, you are! Yes, you\u2019re rich. To the Democrat Party, you have a bottomless pit of money and all you\u2019re doing is exploiting your tenants. You\u2019re a slum landlord.<\/p>\n

The pipes are rusty, and you\u2019re exploiting your tenants, and they\u2019re living in veritable poison, practically dying because you are a tightwad cheapskate.
