And if you didn’t see it, and if you want to know what sitting through a speech by Castro or Chavez is like find a way to watch a little bit of it and you’ll get a grand idea. It was disjointed. I thought it was pathetic. It’s striking to me, and it’s utterly predictable, you listen to the pro-Obama people in the media and they talk about, ‘Oh, it was great, it was the most wonderful speech.’ It was a horrible speech. It was disjointed; it was contradictory; it was all over the place. Heritage Foundation today says it’s like it had numerous authors. And did you hear what Chris Matthews said? It was a lecture last night, it wasn’t a speech.

Chris Matthews said while he was watching the lecture he forgot Obama was black for an hour. He forgot Obama was black for an hour. I forgot he was president for an hour. I watched a community agitator and not a very good one. I saw a guy that’s angry. I saw a guy that’s defiant. And Nancy Pelosi, she missed her calling. She’s up and down, a Jack in the Box. She should have been a trained seal at Sea World the way she was behaving last night. She and Biden and everybody color coordinated in purple. I don’t know, folks, be serious here for a second. By the way, welcome, it’s the Rush Limbaugh program. It’s, of course, the EIB Network and the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies. I really do believe this guy thinks he’s the savior. I think he’s delusional. I mean this seriously. He’s delirious in the way that Castro and Chavez and other dictators through history were dangerously megalomaniacal. This is really, really scary. He said, ‘I don’t quit, I don’t quit,’ and all the left tried to say that he’s going to do a Reagan, going to do a Clinton and move to the center and triangulate. He didn’t do any of that. He said, ‘I’m not quitting,’ and what that means is I’m going to keep governing against you, I’m going to force-feed or jam a liberal agenda down your throat, whatever it takes.

I don’t know, folks. I don’t like saying these kinds of things about the president of the United States, but it was a speech that was not even presidential. I mean, is there one sane person left in the country not sick of being lectured to by a petty little man with the political instincts all of Chicago thug? Here’s the truth, folks. No matter where he is, Barack Obama is always the least experienced most condescending guy in the room. He has a personality uniquely unsuited for constructive leadership. Community organizing? Yeah. Leadership? No. He’s boorish. Bill Clinton knew all this and hasn’t received sufficient credit. He tried to tell us about this guy. And I guess for Chris Matthews, hey, forgot that he was black for an hour, it must mean Obama was not using his black dialect last night, according to Dingy Harry Reid. This must be what it feels like to live in a monarchy when some little kid becomes king due to a premature death. When Obama ignores the will of the people, it’s because he’s resolute and principled. And when Republicans and independents and survival-minded Democrats stand up to Obama’s power grabs, they’re pigheaded and they are insolent.

I’ll tell you something else. This Alito thing last night, this is so un-presidential and it was unbecoming of the Congress. Those Democrats led by Schumer to stand up and cheer Obama’s direct hit on the Supreme Court decision that expands the concept of free speech. They can’t get over it, they can’t get used to the court expanding free speech to a constitutionally protected level. They’re showing everybody who they are, folks. It’s right out in the open now. No doubt about who they are. Also notice, Obama is free to smashmouth whoever he wants. He can stand up there and rip anybody he wants, rip anything, including the Supreme Court. But if someone even mouths a silent response, like Alito did, that someone is the subject of the media’s attacks. That someone is insolent, that someone is disrespectful. But Obama can trash and try to destroy anything or anybody, and he is praised.

So here’s what he’s done. He’s turned the House against the Senate. We’ll have sound bites to show you that. He wants to turn the people against a free speech decision by the court. He wants to turn insurance companies against policyholders. He wants to turn banks against their customers, on and on. He’s pitting one group of people against another. He’s a disaster. He’s an utter, utter disaster. CNN has a poll. Their headline: ‘Half of speech watchers have very positive reaction.’ Then you read: ‘Nearly half of Americans who watched President Obama’s State of the Union address said they had a very positive reaction to his speech, according to a poll of people who viewed the address. A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey indicated that 48 percent of speech watchers had a very positive reaction, with three in 10 saying they had a somewhat positive response and 21 percent with a negative response. The 48 percent who indicated they had a very positive response is down 20 points from the 68 percent of speech watchers who felt the same way a year ago about the president’s February 24 prime time address to a joint session of Congress,’ which sufficed as a State of the Union but it actually was not one.

So they found a way to say nearly half the people loved it. But attacking the Supreme Court, folks, that is pure banana republic. This guy is going to have to learn the Founding Fathers of this country were not Saul Alinsky and Karl Marx. Banana republic, to sit there and attack the Supreme Court for protecting the First Amendment, the least accomplished man in the room, folks, lectured everyone as if they were freshmen in their first last year of college. I was uncomfortable, the most uncomfortable State of the Union I’ve ever watched. In fact, I had to go get dressed for last night’s preliminary competition of the Miss America Pageant and I left the TV even earlier than I planned to because I heard it all before. There was nothing new in this speech at all. Every bit of it we’ve heard before, even the same words. I just sat there shaking my head, finally got up, and I missed the last five minutes, and apparently the last five minutes were delusional. The last five minutes are inexplicable. I don’t know what happened in the last five minutes but everybody said, ‘Whoa, that last five minutes, I have never seen anything like it.’

Here’s one note that I got from somebody, but they didn’t tell me what it was: ‘The last five minutes of that downer was strange to the point of needing psychological analysis. It’s above my pay grade, but the best spin I can put on it would be to say an elitist professor was speaking to a freshman class. The worst case is I found his final comments to be disturbing, meaning I don’t know anybody who speaks that way to adults, as if Congress has no idea why it’s even there, as if his stupid little pep talk was inspirational. It was a failed attempt at wisdom. He came off as immature, out of his league who bounced –‘ This makes me want to know what he said, and I have no idea what he said. But I’ve had a bunch of people comment on the last five minutes being crazy. One thing, did he concede last night that Sarah Palin was right about more drilling and nuclear energy? ‘Cause I think Obama just nominated Sarah Palin to be the next energy secretary. He said we needed more domestic drilling and we needed clean nuclear energy, as though we don’t have clean nuclear energy now. And I think it was just a throwaway line for phony bipartisanship but he’s now on the record: ‘Drill, Baby, drill,’ that’s what it made it sound like he is in favor of.

So we have sound bites on all this. It’s strange, too, we have a bunch of polling data and stories that talk about despite all the applause the Democrats gave Obama last night that they are really roiled, the House is angry at the Senate, the Senate is angry at the House, the Democrats, and the House is in danger here of folding in terms of Pelosi being able to get her 218 votes. She may lose control of it. Behind the scenes the Democrat Party is falling apart. The Democrat Party is not unified, whereas even Public Policy Polling out of North Carolina surveys Republicans, they found that there’s much more unity in the Republican Party than there is right now in the Democrat Party, and it’s because the Democrats and Obama and the radical leaders of the House and Senate have tried to take this country so far left that they have imperiled every Democrat running for reelection in November. And they’re starting to realize that the Scott Brown election had a profound impact.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: So Obama’s out there demanding jobs. The president of the United States is demanding jobs, demanding a jobs bill. That’s what agitators do. They demand. They never produce diddly-squat. It’s also very Third World and banana republic-like to humiliate other people in public like Obama did to the Supreme Court last night. Chavez does that all the time and Fidel Castro used to do it all the time, as did Josef Stalin, who’s getting a soft drink named after him in Russia very, very soon.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT</line>
</line>
RUSH: Let’s start with a montage of Obama and his speech last night blaming Bush. We put a montage here of all the ways and times that he did it.</line>

OBAMA: I took office amid two wars, an economy rocked by a severe recession —

RUSH: Boohoo.

OBAMA: — a financial system to the verge of collapse and the government deeply in debt. We can’t afford another so-called economic expansion like the one from the last decade, what some call the lost decade. Even after paying for what we spend on my watch we’ll still face the massive deficit we had when I took office. By the time I took office we had a one-year deficit of over $1 trillion.

RUSH: You did not.

OBAMA: — and projected deficits of $8 trillion over the next decade.

RUSH: Nope.

OBAMA: Most of this was the result of not paying for two wars, two tax cuts, and an expensive prescription drug program. On top of that, the effects of the recession put a $3 trillion hole in our budget. All this was before I walked in the door. The problem is that’s what we did for eight years. Just stating the facts.

RUSH: Now, that is petulant. That is unpresidential, and it’s immature. ‘Not my fault! Not my fault!’ It’s like Bart Simpson, ‘You can’t prove it, nobody saw me do it, you can’t prove it, I didn’t do anything.’ It’s unseemly, it’s embarrassing, folks, to have a president talking this sarcastically. He knows his polling numbers are down and he’s mad at you for not understanding it isn’t his fault, he’s The Messiah, it can’t possibly be his fault. This is delusional, and he’s making all these tax cuts that weren’t paid for. He knows better than that. That’s why they have to rewrite the history of Reagan. Those tax cuts more than paid for — the whole concept that you have to pay for tax cuts, that has always made my blood boil. Pay for tax cuts, pay for a Medicare entitlement bill, it’s the first entitlement you haven’t liked because Republicans did it, because it was Bush’s idea. But this notion that the tax cuts were not paid for? We’re talking about the Bush income tax cuts, the capital gains tax cut being reduced to 15%. That created so much revenue coming to the Treasury that nobody projected because they never analyzed this stuff in a dynamic way. And Clinton’s surplus and all this sorta stuff, you say the tax cuts didn’t pay for themselves? I mean this is so childish. This is why I call him a man-child. Now, here’s two more bites before we go to the break. It gets even better. Listen to this.

OBAMA: I campaigned on the promise of change. Change we can believe in, the slogan went. And right now I know there are many Americans who aren’t sure if they still believe we can change. Or that I can deliver. But remember this. I never suggested that change would be easy or that I could do it alone.

RUSH: Oh.

OBAMA: Democracy in a nation of 300 million people —

RUSH: Oh.

OBAMA: — can be noisy —

RUSH: Awe.

OBAMA: — and messy —

RUSH: Awe.

OBAMA: — and complicated.

RUSH: Awe. By the way, he used the word ‘I’ 96 times in 70 minutes. That’s more than one time a minute. Okay, so remember this: I never suggested it would be easy or that I could do it alone. Let’s go back to St. Paul, June 3rd, 2008.

OBAMA: This was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs for the jobless. This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal. This was the moment when we ended the war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last best hope on earth. This was the moment, this was the time when we came together to remake this great nation so that it may always reflect our very best selves and our highest ideals. Thank you, Minnesota. God bless you. God bless the United States of America.

RUSH: Now, contrast the energy of that with that speech last night. Go back and grab sound bite 13. Here’s this montage of him blaming Bush.

OBAMA: I took office amid two wars, an economy rocked by a severe recession, a financial system on the verge of collapse, and a government deeply in debt. We can’t afford another so-called economic expansion like the one from the last decade, what some call the lost decade. Even after paying for what we spent on my watch, we’ll still face the massive deficit we had when I took office.

RUSH: Okay, that’s enough. I don’t need to get frustrated and angry listening again, but you hear why that speech was defensive, it was sarcastic, it wasn’t uplifting. Even that speech in Minnesota was just, you know, that deserves psychological analysis, too. (imitating Obama) ‘This is a moment when the oceans began to slow their rise, this is the moment the sick got well, when the jobless got jobs.’ Yeah. Right. He said he couldn’t do it alone? It was all about him and doing it alone.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: St. George, Utah, this is Josh. Great to have you here, sir. Hello.

CALLER: Hey, Rush. In my observation as I listened to the speech yesterday and then I read the paper first thing this morning, it was probably about the most negative speech that I’ve witnessed in politics for the purpose of a State of the Union address. The message was lost but I was trying to figure out what the whole purpose of the speech was. Just to give you an example: My background has been in sales and marketing, and before something goes out you proof it, and if there’s negative words in it you say, ‘How do we spin this in a positive light?’

RUSH: Eh, eh, eh.

CALLER: You’d never use a word like ‘quit,’ and how words ‘I don’t quit’ even got in this just bogs my mind.

RUSH: Would you like me to explain all this to you?

CALLER: I would love that.

RUSH: Because I can. You have to go back and look at the last ten days of Obama’s life. Everything that could have been gone wrong politically did, monumentally so. You stack that up against his insufferably megalomaniacal ego and you get a guy who is angry at everybody, you get a guy who is really ticked off. You get a guy who thinks he’s better than everybody else — who, in fact, is the least experienced, qualified guy in whatever room he walks into. And you have somebody who is petulant, and he is mad that he didn’t get his health care. He is mad that he lost that seat in the Senate in Massachusetts. He is mad at the people for going against him and not realizing what a great savior he is and what a great thing he is for the country. He is angry, and when he says ‘I won’t quit,’ that’s a threat. Of course it’s negative, because he is totally immersed in nothing but negative. Nothing’s gone right the last ten days. You could say nothing’s gone right the last six months. He wanted health care done by August. He’s getting laughed at! He’s getting laughed at last night. You want to hear him get laughed at? Let’s listen to a sound bite. Let’s grab… Bubba dubba dubba dubba da ba deeba da, uhhhh, yeah, number 19. This is Obama and his spending freeze. Now, listen to this.

OBAMA: Now, I know that some in my own party will argue that we can’t address the deficit or freeze government spending when so many are still hurting and I agree, which is why this freeze won’t take effect until next year —

CONGRESS: (laughter)

OBAMA: — when the economy is stronger. That’s how budgeting works.

CONGRESS: (wild laughter)

RUSH: He’s a little man-child. He got laughed at. That makes him even madder, I guarantee you. Probably went off script on the teleprompter last night in that last five minutes is why it was so delusional. This kind of stuff ticks him off. Does that help you understand it? It was exactly who he wanted to be. That’s who he is.

CALLER: You know, my theory is it’s the first time he’s ever faced failure and he’s dealing with it horribly, and I think we’re looking at a downward death spiral here in the near future.

RUSH: Well, now, that’s an interesting observation. I don’t think it’s the first time he’s ever faced failure. I think it’s the first time nobody’s covered it up for him. I think it’s the first time nobody’s greased the skids for him. It’s the first time nobody gave him an A when he got a C. It’s the first time nobody rewrote a law review article that didn’t make any sense. It’s the first time that somebody didn’t actually write his book. But this is the first time he has failure that he is accountable for, and there’s nobody can cover it up for him. There’s nobody can make it better. There’s nobody can kiss it and make it go away. So, yeah, you got a guy who’s got a genuinely entitled frame of mind, and it’s not working.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I am sitting here, folks, watching the three or so minutes of President Obama and Vice President Biden in Tampa at another one of these endless town halls. There’s a bunch people sitting behind Obama, and there’s not one smile. And in three and a half, four minutes, there’s been one tepid round of applause. There’s the second now, when he talks about the middle class getting their legs back under them and finding jobs. But the people look bored. The place is not full. Did you see that? I just saw a shot with a bunch of empty rows back there. Maybe these people are looking at Biden’s plugs, and that’s why they’re distracted. But there’s no energy in this room. This is quite fascinating to see. It’s not reminiscent at all of Obama appearances, say, in the first half of last year.

Last time he was in Tampa all kinds of people showed up wanted a new car, they wanted a new dishwasher, they wanted a new kitchen. Remember that? These people are just sitting there like… I mean, not a smile. They are stone faced. And he keeps mentioning — he mentioned this last night and he just mentioned it again — ‘a lost decade.’ A lost decade. You heard him in the montage we put together of all the opportunities he took last night to blame George W. Bush. The lost decade? What the hell is that? That’s just a new way of trying to shift the blame for his own mistakes and incompetence. Back to Bush, but even Andrea Mitchell (NBC News, Washington) sometime last night on Mess NBC said it’s not working anymore, blaming Bush. This is his second year now! This is the Bamster’s second year.

To Miami we go. This is Abbey. You’re up next on the Rush Limbaugh program. Hi.

CALLER: Hi. Rush Hudson Limbaugh, I’m so pleased to talk to you.

RUSH: Thank you very much.

CALLER: I have three quick points. First of all, I started listening to you after firstly berating my husband for listening to your talking points. Once I started listening to you I became such a wild fan that, you know, everywhere we go when we are on the road, we’re always scanning the airwaves for stations carrying Rush Limbaugh.

RUSH: Well, thank you very much. I am flattered and honored.

CALLER: Three quick points. First of all, Obama tends to have this cowardly behavior where he attacks people who he knows cannot fight back. That’s what he did with the Supreme Court yesterday. He used to do that with the Bush administration, but he never counted on Dick Cheney fighting back. Secondly, he berated 70% of Americans for not buying the global warming hoax.

RUSH: Oh, that is funny. That’s another thing. I’ve got that sound bite somewhere. He got laughed at again on that because, he said, ‘Even though people don’t believe it, climate change is something…’ I’ll find it here. (interruption) What is it? I can’t understand what you’re saying to me.

CALLER: Oh, have a —

RUSH: Cut 8. You guys need to back off your microphone. You’re (muttering) like this, I can’t understand what you’re saying.

CALLER: No, I haven’t said anything after that.

RUSH: No, I know. The people in New York are talking to me. I want you to listen to this bite because you mentioned climate change and they’ve got it. That’s what we were talking about. Here it is…

OBAMA: I know that there are those who disagree with the overwhelming scientific evidence on climate change.

CONGRESS: (laughter)

OBAMA: B-but here’s the thing. Even if you doubt the evidence, providing incentives for energy efficiency and clean energy are the right thing to do for our future. Because the nation that leads the clean energy economy will be the nation that leads the global economy — and America must be that nation.

RUSH: The overwhelming scientific evidence is it’s a hoax! Alternative universe. So I wanted you to hear that sound bite, Abbey, because you brought it up.

CALLER: Yes. And the third point is I’m so amazed at his ability to tell a bold-faced lie with such conviction. One such lie is about the tax cut that didn’t pay for itself. In fact, when Bush instituted that tax cut, tax revenue increased as a result of that tax cut.

RUSH: Yeah, it was the same thing with Reagan and the same thing with Kennedy back in the sixties. Of course it did. I just expressed my frustration with that. That makes my blood boil: ‘Tax cuts didn’t pay for themselves.’ Only a statist, some central planner looks at things like that because you’re right about revenue — especially from the tax gains tax! They were shocked in Washington by it, totally shocked. Now, folks, all of our conversation today about the State of the Union… Do you also know that I don’t think Obama…? Somebody may have to correct me on this. I don’t think Obama ever told us what the ‘State of the Union’ was. Most presidents when they start out say, ‘And I’m here to tell you, the State of the Union is great! It’s never been better, fine and dandy,’ whatever they say.

But I don’t think I heard him say that because it was not the State of the Union. It might have been the State of the ‘Unions,’ or more appropriately, it was the State of Obama. But, anyway, all of our conversation today about the State of Obama address is obviously to properly inform you of what was really meant by Obama last night — and you are getting the absolute best insight and observations right here from me at the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies. You’re also able to gain additional knowledge from a few select and trusted allies that we have here at the institute. The Heritage Foundation is one of those. Dozens of staffers at Heritage reviewed and dissected the speech last night, making analysis and information immediately available to you late last evening. It’s like working there and being able to go next door to the cubicle next to you and having these brilliant people there; like having these scholars and being able to see what they’re working on as they’re doing it.

They have this stuff posted late last night before midnight. If you’re a member of the Heritage Foundation like I am you have instant access to what’s written and shared by all the people there. Like the bright observation: Last night’s 70-minute speech, the longest in 45 years, it was Heritage’s observation that appears to be a combined effort of many authors proven by the fact that the speech contradicted itself as well as Obama’s stated policies. I mean, sentence by sentence and paragraph by paragraph, it contradicted itself. Heritage members could also receive information late into the evening last night about Obama’s spin job on jobs, from ‘green jobs’ to ‘clean jobs,’ double-talk about taxing the banks — and with great clarity Heritage showed how Obama’s policies will not stimulate job growth. As though anybody thinks they will, but this spells it out for you in red and white. If you are trying to become the person I’ve always asked you to be — be the one go-to person in your family people come to, or in your group of friends, you are the one that they come to to have something explained that they don’t understand, you be the person. And to become that person, of course, you are a steady listener here, join the Heritage Foundation at AskHeritage.org. It’s 600,000 members strong. Make yourself one. You won’t regret it. AskHeritage.org

Greg in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, great to have you on the EIB Network. Hello.

CALLER: Hi. How are you, Rush?

RUSH: Very good, sir. Thank you.

CALLER: I’m a father of three and married. This speech last night absolutely slammed the door in my face. I’m about to go under and lose my home. In approximately three months I won’t be able to make any payments anymore.

RUSH: Well, you could avail yourself of the Obama foreclosure program to have your mortgage readjusted. I think like 10,000 people have been able to do that out of the promised two or three million, but you might try that.

CALLER: Well, I’m at 6% locked in so I’m pretty much where… I have no debt. I have no credit card debt. I have no car payments. I’m an electrical engineer by trade. I started my own construction company three years ago, which is miserably falling under. I’ve been looking for any kind of work that I could do — night work, day work — and the speech last night is just the choke hold that he tightened up on this country.

RUSH: How did you mean that? Somebody in your position, what did you hear him say?

CALLER: You know what? I sat there and I listened to it, and he will not get off his agenda. He will not get off of the — and what I read between the lines is he’s creating a need for federal government intervention by starving out the middle class to ask for federal help. I mean, this is just absolutely insane — and the longer he starves us out, the more we collapse. I pay my own health insurance for my family to the tune of $1,300 a month. And the more this goes on, he realizes the longer he waits to create jobs, the more people are gonna need federal assistance. It’s just a hideous way to go about starving out the country.

RUSH: So you are like me and believe that this is purposeful?

CALLER: Oh, there just can’t be any doubt in anyone’s mind. You know, I think I’m part of the real American story that’s happening to the middle class all around the country where we are just… We don’t have any opportunity whatsoever. I can’t even get underemployed at this point. I’d work three jobs to be able to sustain just to pay bills and put food on the table for God’s sakes.

RUSH: Yeah, and the reason people aren’t hiring is because they’re trying to stay in business. They’ve had to lay people off in some cases.

CALLER: They’re scared to death. They’re scared to death to make a move because they don’t know what this guy is going to do next.

RUSH: That’s right. They don’t know what the rules of the game are going to be. You’re right. I think this is all about redistribution of wealth. This is about destroying wealth and returning wealth to the nation’s ‘rightful’ (quote, unquote) owners, which obviously are the unions and minorities.

CALLER: Well, you know, I’d like to know… You know, he’s pushing the American people into a corner. Scott Brown was a great win to try to make this man move back to the center and bring his policies back over to the center where it’s gonna benefit all Americans and not just ‘green jobs.’

RUSH: I tell you, where we’re going to get started on that in November.

CALLER: Well, okay.

RUSH: It’s going to happen big time, even before November I think as we get closer to the election. Obama’s gonna get less and less congressional support for whatever agenda item he wants because he’s not popular. He’s a drag. Everywhere he goes to campaign, candidates lose. Even when he picks a basketball team it loses! He does not have a great track record here, and I think as we get closer and closer to the election and closer and closer to the intense fundraising these Democrats have to do — with the memory of Scott Brown clear and fresh in their minds — he’s not going to get much of his agenda passed, unless Pelosi and Reid do play this game of budget reconciliation on the Senate health care bill. And if they do that, then the Democrats can kiss it good-bye in the House and the Senate. They may as well retire or change parties, because if after all of this they still ram that health care bill down our throats with budget reconciliation by changing Senate rules and House rules to do it, then there’s going to be a wipeout for the Democrats. November is where if you can hang on — and even before November. We’re not going to get any policy shifts between now and then, but we will have at least the brakes put on more damage that Obama can do to the country.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: All right, Glenn, San Diego, California, glad you called, sir. Great to have you with us on EIB Network.

CALLER: Rush, got bless you, God bless America, and I’m calling from America’s finest nearly bankrupt city. Sir, Obama said the other night, last night, that China and India were prospering and growing and we won’t be second to any nation. The only way we’re not going to be second to any nation is if we get our butts to work and get out there and start doing what they’re doing, drilling for oil like we used to do, prospering, going through the industrial revolution that we will never, ever go through with people thinking the way they’re thinking right now. Rush it’s driving me crazy, I’m going to —

RUSH: He said last night — did you believe him? — he said yesterday that we need to expand our drilling and go clean, safe nuclear energy. Did you believe him?

CALLER: No. No way. There’s no way we’re going to expand our drilling. It’s the farthest thing from his mind.

RUSH: Right. And even if he’s serious there’s no way these socialist Democrats in the Congress are going to ever vote for a bill.

CALLER: No, sir. No, sir. You know, it’s making me crazy. I mean, just keep doing what you’re doing, Rush. Just keep helping us out here, keep being our voice.

RUSH: All right, thanks very much. I shall do. I’m glad you called very el mucho.

RUSH: We found out what it’s like last night to sit through a speech by Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro.
