Isn\u2019t that cozy!<\/p>\n<p>The most amazing aspect about the &#8220;green car&#8221; that American taxpayers are fundingis that the average American will never be able to drive one. Henrick Fisker,the head of the new car company,used to design cars for BMW and Aston Martin. His planned luxury hybrids will sell for close to $90,000 each.<\/p>\n<p>The half-billion-dollar loan to Fisker is on top of another half-billion-dollar loanto Tesla Motors, a California startup with another group of investors who donated heavily to Democrats. Tesla\u2019s electric Roadster&#8211; assembled in England&#8211; starts at $109,000.<\/p>\n<p>So Americans are funding green cars they\u2019ll never be able to afford &#8212; some made in Finland, some in England &#8212; by two companies that are part of the Democrat Party donor base. When Obama and the Democrats made promises about all the new &#8220;green jobs&#8221; they were planning,they were short on the details.
