RUSH: Let\u2019s look at CNN. What do you think CNN is gonna cover Monday, the Horowitz report or the impeachment hearings? They\u2019ll cover the impeachment hearings. They\u2019ll ignore the Horowitz report. Speaking of CNN, the bottom has fallen out. This is another reason why I tell everybody not to worry. If you want to look at “media strongholds,” quote-unquote, that are leading with this “Trump\u2019s gotta go” story, CNN\u2019s totally all in on, “Trump\u2019s got to go.<\/p>\n

“Trump\u2019s gotta get impeached! Trump\u2019s gotta get thrown out of office! Trump\u2019s gotta get convicted.” That\u2019s all CNN did. It\u2019s all MSNBC does. They make no pretense of covering any other news unless it can somehow be tagged to the effort to get Trump. Well, “CNN\u2019s ratings have collapsed to a three-year low during the week of November 25th,” a three-year low while what has been going on? While the Democrats and Robert Mueller have been investigating Donald Trump!<\/p>\n

While the Democrats and Robert Mueller have been working out a way to impeach Donald Trump, while CNN has been devoted to destroying Donald Trump, they have succeeded in destroying themselves. “Fox News increased its prime-time audience by 6%. MSNBC lost about 35% of its audience, but didn\u2019t hit a three-year low.” But the networks that are all anti-Trump all the time, the bottom has fallen out. Fox prime time has increased.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>“CNN not only hit a three-year low, the least trusted name in news,” that\u2019s CNN, “fell to 18th place in prime time. Fox News was third. That\u2019s 18th place! You could say, “How is this place still on the air?” They\u2019re on the air because of hatred! They\u2019re on the air because their management hates Donald Trump. Jeff Zucker. They\u2019re on the all because all they have is this rage and hatred — and a bunch of genuinely IQ-challenged, stupid hosts. So here are the average numbers, prime time:<\/p>\n

Fox — 2.2 million.
\nMSNBC — 1.3 million.
\nCNN — 643,000.<\/p>\n

In total day, which is basically 6 a.m. to midnight, Fox has 1.33 million. This is an average. It\u2019s not the grand total. It\u2019s an average at any one time, a snapshot of people watching at a moment. Fox has 1.33 million. MSNBC 781,000. CNN 539,000. CNN — in the middle of what ought to be earth-shattering eyeballs, can\u2019t-turn-away-from-it news, the impeachment of a president (it\u2019s only happened four times) can barely attract half a million viewers, and the bottom continues to fall out.<\/p>\n

So, folks, be of good cheer. Understand that most people watching that don\u2019t want to see it. Most people watching it are not being swayed or persuaded by it, because Donald Trump is doing exactly what he said he was gonna do. He\u2019s draining the swamp, he\u2019s exposing the swamp, and so all of this irrational, delusional hatred is exactly what we want. We want people to see it, we want people to be affected by it — and they are seeing it, they are being affected by it. They are turning it off.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
