And the windy air of Colorado Springs. What am I going to tell the president when I tell him his teleprompter is broken? What will he do then?<\/line><\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Biden was out there making a speech at the Air Force Academy and the wind came up and blew the teleprompter screens around, and Biden then said what\u2019s the president going to do when I tell him his teleprompter is broken? Vice president Joe, &#8216;Hey, Chuck, stand up, Chuck, hey &#8212; oh, good God Almighty, oh, my, what did I do? Stand up for, Chuck, everybody, stand up for Chuck.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><BR\/>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>RUSH: By popular demand, people have been requesting to hear the Joe Biden sound bite from yesterday at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, so here it is. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>BIDEN: But it also needs a special brand of strategic thinking that are gained only in the thin air of Colorado Springs. And the windy air of Colorado Springs. What am I going to tell the president when I tell him his teleprompter is broken? What will he do then?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Now, this is not something your vice president says about you. Vice presidents don\u2019t make jokes about the president and especially something as close to the president as his teleprompter. See, Biden\u2019s out there in Colorado Springs, I think he\u2019s doing a commencement address at the Air Force Academy and the wind gust blew up and it did something with the aim of the teleprompter screens and that\u2019s when he said &#8216;And the windy air of Colorado Springs,\u2019 and followed it up with, &#8216;What am I going to tell the president, his teleprompter is broken, what will he do then?\u2019 So here\u2019s Joe Biden basically running around saying to the Air Force Academy commencement class that our idiot president can\u2019t talk without a teleprompter. That\u2019s just Joe. That\u2019s just Joe. Just like this was just Joe in Columbia, Missouri, September 9th, 2008, asking a guy in a wheelchair to stand up.<\/p>\n<p>BIDEN: Chuck Graham, state senator, is here. Stand up, Chuck, let \u2019em see you. Oh, God love you, and what am I talking about? I\u2019ll tell you what, you\u2019re making everybody else stand up, old pal. I tell you what, stand up for Chuck!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Everybody was already standing up. Stand up for Chuck, they already were standing. He was asking Chuck to stand up and join everybody who was already up, &#8216;Oh, gee, Chuck, oh, God, love you.\u2019 Here again, Vice President Biden essentially saying at the Air Force Academy yesterday that his boss is lost, is worthless without a teleprompter. <\/p>\n<p>BIDEN: But it also needs a special brand of strategic thinking that are gained only in the thin air of Colorado Springs. They\u2019ve tried to muzzle him, and it doesn\u2019t work.
