CALLER: How you doing today?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Pretty good. Thank you.<\/line><\/a>CALLER: I wanted to call and thank you so very, very much for the Select Comfort bed that you sent me.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019m glad to know that you got it. How long have you had it?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019ve had it about a week. It came in last Wednesday.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What kind did you get? Did you go full boat, did you get the king-size?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, sir, I did.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Good.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I got the i10.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And how have you enjoyed it so far?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, I love it. I am sleeping better. I know that my husband\u2019s sleeping a lot better \u2019cause when I don\u2019t, you know, toss and turn, flip-flop, then I know he is sleeping better, so it\u2019s great. I still haven\u2019t found my level yet. I think he\u2019s at a 50.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You mean you haven\u2019t found your sleep number? Why not? That should be easy. What are you experimenting with, hard or soft?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I went to a soft, and then I went up to kind of like a mediumish, and I\u2019m like, well, maybe I should try like a 70 or something like that —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, why don\u2019t you Jack it up to 75 or 80 and see how it works.<\/p>\n

CALLER: What\u2019s your sleep number?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I go back and forth. I\u2019m anywhere from 75 to a hundred. I like it hard.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Really?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I like it hard.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I\u2019m thinking that maybe because I have a bad back, maybe I should keep it a little bit firmer.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, you should try it. That\u2019s the beauty of the Sleep Number Bed, you can try it. You\u2019ll find the best firmness for you that works.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I wanted to thank you and also Mr. Carson, he is a riot. We were e-mailing, you know, when there were some issues, and he is a blast. I loved e-mailing him. It\u2019s great, and it\u2019s helping me, it\u2019s helping my husband, and thank you.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what this was about. Apparently she said H.R. was e-mailing with her back and forth on the details of this getting it all done, and the union delivery guys were having a problem, is that what it was?
