Thank you so much for taking my call.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yes, sir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125113.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"239\" height=\"414\" class=\"alignright\"\/>CALLER: Rush, I love you, man, but I\u2019ve got to take exception with you on your opinion of the unions, for this particular reason. We were not all born with a multimillion-dollar talent, nor were we born with a multimillion-dollar entrepreneurial spirit. However, there are millions of us who were born with the desire and the drive for hard work. And, Rush, you\u2019ve got to admit there is corporate greed just as there is union misconduct on both sides of the fence.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You know, Joe, could we get your number, because I\u2019m not going to have to time to spend as much time as I would like discussing this with you before we have to go. Can I get your number and call you back tomorrow?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Sure.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Okay, we\u2019ll pick this up, you\u2019ll be the first call on Open Line Friday. We\u2019ll get to you real quick. We won\u2019t call you \u2019til we\u2019re ready, but I promise. I want to say, I have not been critical of unions per se. I\u2019m critical of union leadership and their political motivations and what they do. I understand, see, I have this belief that the vast majority of people all being equal, everything being equal, the vast majority of people are capable of far more than they think they are.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: But look at the situation in the NFL.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, no, wait, no, wait, I\u2019ve only got a few seconds and you can respond to this tomorrow. I\u2019m a huge individualist. I\u2019m not a conformist. When you join a union, you\u2019re giving away your individuality. Your merit is not relevant in what you earn. It\u2019s just not for me. I think if you\u2019re going to join a union you should understand this. I understand the need for them, but the political power that union leadership has amassed is something that needs to be addressed, and I think they do beat down the members. We\u2019ll talk about this tomorrow because it\u2019s a great call. I really mean this.
