RUSH: Here\u2019s Tammy in Oklahoma City. Hi, Tammy, welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program. Great to have you here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hello. How you doing?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Very well, sir — ma\u2019am, ma\u2019am, madam, sorry. <\/p>\n

CALLER: (giggles)<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes.<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, that\u2019s okay. I was just calling to tell you about an experience I had with a girlfriend of mine when we were early — or trying to early vote on Saturday here in Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

RUSH: By the way, do you know what I saw yesterday? I was flying up to Washington for the football game or maybe it was earlier in the day. Well, there was a report in the news that yesterday was the last day for early voting in Ohio.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, it was. It was the last day for early voting in Ohio.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, but… Of course it was! It\u2019s the day for the election. <\/p>\n

CALLER: (giggling)<\/p>\n

RUSH: (dramatic intonation) ‘Today is the last day for early voting.\u2019 (laughing)<\/p>\n

CALLER: If the rest of them say home…<\/p>\n

RUSH: All right, so you went. Okay, you early voted out there in Oklahoma. Steve Largent, yes?<\/p>\n

CALLER: We were trying to early vote. We actually had gone down and we had a small, it was a very small McCain-Palin bumper sticker on her car.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s the first mistake. I warned you yesterday not to do this.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I know. I\u2019m not the type of girl who gets intimidated, let me tell you. (giggles) There we go. We\u2019re going to drive down to the polls, and when we got there it truly looked like a carnival atmosphere. They had their T-shirts. They had their arms linked. They were waving signs.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Hold it a minute. Look at Fox! Look at Fox! I don\u2019t believe… Oh, no!<\/p>\n

CALLER: (giggling) I\u2019m shocked. Are you shocked? I\u2019m shocked. (giggling)<\/p>\n

RUSH: They just had a video of Hillary. If she ever sees it, whoever was the cameraman at Fox, his testicles are going to be in a lockbox. That\u2019s all I\u2019m going to tell you.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

We\u2019re back to Tammy in Oklahoma City. Tammy, I\u2019m terribly sorry. I apologize for my outburst when I saw the video of Mrs. Clinton in natural light, something that we have not seen in 15 years. I was very rude, and interrupted your comment. <\/p>\n

CALLER: (giggles)<\/p>\n

RUSH: You were telling us that you were in Oklahoma City and you had a little bumper sticker with McCain-Palin on the car, and I expect what you\u2019ll say is that you encountered some intimidation.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. It was amazing the amount of intimidation we experienced. We had our windows down about an inch. People were screaming things at us that I wouldn\u2019t even repeat. I mean we had racial slurs coming at us. We had threats coming at us. They wouldn\u2019t let us turn in. The police that were there, there were three, they were doing zero to even let us turn in to go vote. In order to stand in line to vote that day, we had a three-hour wait. So if we were going to get out of the car and be yelled at for three to four hours? I mean, that\u2019s insane. We went ahead and left and both of us have gone and voted today at our normal precincts, but what concerns me are two things. Number one, if there are elderly people or other women that are intimidated to the point where they\u2019re not voting — and then also if this were reversed. If these were McCain-Palin supporters that were preventing Obama supporters from voting, it would be all over the news.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re damn exactly right on that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Mmm-hmm.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, let me ask you a quick question here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Sure.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Why…? This is not a criticism. Don\u2019t misunderstand the tone in my voice. I\u2019m genuinely curious. Why did you want to go early vote?<\/p>\n

CALLER: The entire reason to early vote that day was… You know, it\u2019s really kind of hard to explain. We just kind of wanted to go out and see, number one, what was occurring in the community and then to show our support for McCain. Neither one of us are the type of women that cower back from our beliefs. <\/p>\n

RUSH: I got it. I got it. I got it. I\u2019m looking at… You know, they have early vote down here where we all live.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And there are people standing in line for four hours. (laughs) I said, ‘What\u2019s the point? It\u2019s not going to take that long if you wait \u2019til Election Day!\u2019 Four hours, in one place. Did I hear that? At least two hours. Rachel did? Your friend Rachel did? Four hours. Four hours! It doesn\u2019t take that long on Election Day unless you\u2019re voting in Iraq and they\u2019re shooting at you. (interruption) No, they do not. They do not usher me in. Snerdley is asking me when I show up to vote, they usher me in like they do the other candidate. (laughs) No. I show up, and I just get in line like everybody else does. (interruption) Yeah. I wait in line. If there\u2019s a line, I wait in line to get up there. It doesn\u2019t take me very long. I go after my vote doesn\u2019t count. (laughing) You ever feel like you go five or six o\u2019clock in the afternoon it\u2019s too late even though the polls are still open, it doesn\u2019t count? The exit polls are already done. The networks are out there already telling you your vote doesn\u2019t count. <\/p>\n

I never go in the morning because I\u2019m too eager to get here to work and there are usually lines in the morning, but I haven\u2019t found that to be a problem in the afternoon. (interruption) Yeah, they give me the sticker. Of course they give me the sticker. You can\u2019t get out of there without the ‘I voted\u2019 sticker. Yeah, you put it on. You put it on your little shirt or whatever and you wear it home, and I get the usual, ‘Psst! Psst! Psst!\u2019 pointed fingers behind me. (whispering) ‘Look who\u2019s here. I can\u2019t believe you have the audacity to come in! I can\u2019t believe it,\u2019 and this sort of stuff. ‘He\u2019s voting! We don\u2019t even need to give him a ballot; we can just fill it out now!\u2019 We all, folks, share our various forms of intimidation. The bad thing about it is you got all these people hanging around like Hillary politicking five feet away from the polling place. Did you hear she was doing that today?
