RUSH: I just had something pointed out to me, ladies and gentlemen. There\u2019s a recent New York Times Magazine article, 8,000 words on Barack Obama\u2019s economic plan. There is this paragraph in that story. Seriously now. If you think what he said about China was over the top, try this. Quote, Obama: ”If you talk to Warren [Buffett], he\u2019ll tell you his preference is not to meddle in the economy at all — let the market work, however way it\u2019s going to work, and then just tax the heck out of people at the end and just redistribute it. That way you\u2019re not impeding efficiency, and you\u2019re achieving equity on the back end.\u2019 He continued by saying that he thought there was some merit in Buffett\u2019s argument.\u2019 That\u2019s called communism and socialism. Well, not entirely. The communists never left the market alone. But nevertheless, here\u2019s another campaign ad for McCain: ‘Just tax the heck out of people,\u2019 Barack Obama, New York Times Magazine, and put the date. ‘Just tax the heck out of people, and redistribute it on the back end.\u2019 <\/p>\n

Just tax! So he loves China. He blames United States for being like Russia, going into Iraq, like Georgia. This guy is hilarious, and he is a doofus, and he\u2019s a man-child out of his league, but he\u2019s dangerous. He is not an educated person on the principles that founded and propelled this country to greatness. He does not have the slightest understanding of them. By the way, as for Buffett, I don\u2019t see Buffett giving all his money that he earns away at the end of every year. I don\u2019t. Buffett can. I know he\u2019s a big pro-death tax guy, but I don\u2019t see him giving away all his money at the end of the year so people like Obama can redistribute it and make things equitable on the, quote, unquote, ‘back end.\u2019 A fundamental lack of understanding — or worse, his fundamental disagreement with — the American way is scary, and it\u2019s profound at the same time. <\/p>\n

McCain has a new messiah ad. They\u2019ve updated the messiah ad with Web video. It\u2019s a Web ad. They now have pictures of Obama swimming and surfing in Hawaii, and they have included the Tim Kaine, The Eyebrow audio where he says The Messiah ended the Russia-Georgia war.<\/p>\n

OBAMA: This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal!<\/p>\n

RUSH: We also know, ladies and gentlemen, that Obama very sensitive about the Paris Hilton and Britney Spears ad referring to him as a celebrity. The North Carolina mistress went on a mission yesterday. She went to a newsstand where she lives, and she sent me some pictures with her iPhone of at least seven different, maybe more, magazine covers with Obama and Michelle; from Ebony, to Jet, to Good Housekeeping. I\u2019ll bet you Michelle and Barry this month are on more magazine covers than Paris and Britney combined. You should check it out. If you ever go to newsstands and look at these magazines, you\u2019ll see Obama and Michelle everywhere, and they\u2019ve cultivated this! This is why it bothers them. There\u2019s a McCain celebrity ad now on taxes. This is a 30 and this is the audio.<\/p>\n
