Rasmussen Reports says that the number of registered Democrats is declining. Two percent in July alone, ladies and gentlemen. Also, the Rasmussen Report says in January and February, while Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were in the early stages of the battle for the Democrat nomination, the number of Americans who considered themselves to be Democrats surged to record highs. But now people are leaving the Democrat Party. What\u2019s happened is clear.
