RUSH: This is Michelle in Indianapolis. Michelle, thanks for waiting. You\u2019re next on the Rush Limbaugh program. Hi.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi, Rush. I can\u2019t believe I\u2019m talking to you. I\u2019ll try to get all this in. I want to thank you so much for the first 20 years of the Era of Limbaugh.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you. Thank you very, very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, my husband and I and our Rush Babies moved to Indianapolis from Chicago from the over-organized community, and we were actually able to participate in May in Operation Chaos.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Amen. Way to go, way to go, happy to know you were doing that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: It was hard. I actually had a picture of Hillary on my cell phone and Ted Danson, so it was pretty bad. I\u2019m actually idling at my daughter\u2019s school with the air on full blast, so I\u2019m going to take my time. She says to say hi. But here\u2019s the thing, Rush. I\u2019m thinking, coming from Chicago where we are just inundated with Barack and his ideas, I do believe that on some level the liberals understand the free market, because whenever racism is becoming scarce, they do not hesitate to drill for more.<\/p>\n

RUSH: They understand it, they just oppose it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay. But they want it when it benefits them.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Exactly right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: So when a precious resource like racism becomes scarce, they will go out and drill for new sources.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re exactly right. They understand the principle. They want it for themselves, just not everybody else. Liberals have two sets of rules: one for the elites, the arrogant and condescending elites, and the other set for everybody else. They will exempt themselves from the limiting rules they place on everybody else.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. And you hit it right on with Barack. They keep talking about all these reasons, ‘Why is the poll so close, what\u2019s going on?\u2019 And it reminds me of that scene in Caddyshack, I don\u2019t know if you\u2019re familiar, where Chevy Chase is trying to teach Bill Murray how to golf and he\u2019s kind of saying, ‘You\u2019re not uh, you\u2019re not uh,\u2019 and he\u2019s standing behind him and he\u2019s trying to — and he says, ‘You\u2019re not good.\u2019 Just reminds me of that. He\u2019s just not good.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What did he say, you\u2019re not what? Oh, you\u2019re not good, you\u2019re not good.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. He\u2019s trying to say, you know, you\u2019re not leaning, you\u2019re not — you\u2019re not — you\u2019re not good. It just reminds me of that, you know, he\u2019s just not cut out for the job. <\/p>\n

RUSH: No, he\u2019s not. To me, it is striking how unqualified Obama is and how this whole thing came about within the Democrat Party. I think it really goes back to the fact that nobody had the guts to stand up and say ‘no\u2019 to the black guy. Liberal policies are always going to end up strangling liberals, too. I think this is a classic illustration here where affirmative action has reared its ugly head against them. It\u2019s the reverse of it. They\u2019ve ended up nominating and placing the top of their ticket somebody that\u2019s not qualified, who has not earned it. It\u2019s perfect affirmative action. And because all this guilt and the historic nature of things, nobody had the guts to say, ‘Wait a minute, do we really want to do this?\u2019 They do it, and then they start behaving in manners and ways that let us know that they know that they\u2019ve goofed up with the choice. It actually has been somewhat fascinating to watch. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
