RUSH: There\u2019s also another story that the media is really hot to trot on. Apparently, prosecutors of the Southern District of New York have put out a warning to President Trump (paraphrased) that, “Even if you pardon Manafort, we\u2019re going to hang him. We\u2019re going to string him up. We\u2019re going to make sure your pardon doesn\u2019t mean diddly-squat, Trump.” That is the tone of the story, as reported on CNN. There is another story, a sound bite.<\/p>\n

You know, Roger Stone, apparently… (sigh) I have to be real careful here. (laughing) Roger Stone put on a website or his website a picture of the judge in his case with a screen shot of crosshairs, like you would see through a rifle scope. So the judge, Amy Berman Jackson, calls him in and he apologizes profusely and says that he\u2019s really stressed out and he\u2019s despondent over all this, and he\u2019s kicking himself for doing it. He didn\u2019t mean to do it and he\u2019s really, really sorry.<\/p>\n

So she slapped a full-fledged gag order on Stone now. He had a partial order that was preventing him from saying much about this. Now he\u2019s got a total gag order. (laughing) So the Drive-Bys are saying (chuckles), “Well that is not a problem for Stone. All he\u2019s gotta do is get hold of Rush Limbaugh and Rush Limbaugh…” I don\u2019t know Stone! I don\u2019t know how to get hold of Roger Stone. I don\u2019t know how to get hold of Roger Stone and he wouldn\u2019t know how to get hold of me.
