RUSH: Stephen Miller, who is a senior adviser to President Trump on immigration and related issues in the White House, was on CNN\u2019s Situation Room with Wolf Blitzed last night, and the whole thing went 20 minutes. Wolf Blitzer came off as a Democrat Party activist, and I don\u2019t think he knew it when it was happening, and Stephen Miller finally called him out on it. You know, Wolf is saying, “Well, well, the Democrats are for border security! They just don\u2019t want to spend five billion wasteful dollars for a wall.”<\/p>\n

Stephen Miller says, “Can you cite for me one example of Democrats being in favor of border security?” And Wolf Blitzed (stammering), “Well, uh, they do! They love it! (sputtering)” So we have relevant excerpts from this exchange, and here is the first one.<\/p>\n
MILLER: The Democrats, all they need to do is support border security and the government will be funded.<\/p>\n

MILLER: Could you identify, Wolf, for me some of the kinds of border security you\u2019re saying the Democrats are saying they\u2019re gonna support?<\/p>\n

MILLER: But they\u2019re like what?<\/p>\n
BLITZER: But building the wall —<\/p>\n
MILLER: They voted against case law. They voted against ending sanctuary cities. They voting against deporting MS-13 gang members. They voted against deporting violent criminals. They voted time and time again against a physical border wall to stop illegal entry. Where is the evidence that you keep asserting they\u2019re for border security? They haven\u2019t been! They oppose closing loopholes for asylum. I\u2019m just saying, I believe government will be funded as long as Democrats make good on their rhetoric you cite.<\/p>\n
