This is Obama Monday, Good Morning America, and Robin Roberts said, &#8216;You know what\u2019s going on in Tennessee, the GOP there and their web campaign about taking the remarks you made earlier about being the first time in your adult life being proud of the US, should you get through this process and you have the general election ahead of you, this is what you can expect more and more. Are you prepared for that?\u2019<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125112.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"269\" class=\"alignright\"\/>OBAMA: If they think that they\u2019re going to try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful, because that I find unacceptable. The notion that you start attacking my wife or my family, for them to try to distort or to play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her I think is just low class. These folks should lay off my wife.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: He\u2019s warning the good old boys in Tennessee, the GOP, lay off his wife. Now, his wife\u2019s out there making statements, making speeches, policy statements, she\u2019s on the campaign trail telling women, don\u2019t go into corporate America, stay dirt poor in your present jobs helping people change bedpans and stuff, don\u2019t do any of this. (interruption) What do you mean, unacceptable? Talking about his wife? Can\u2019t talk about his wife, it\u2019s unacceptable. Can\u2019t talk about his big ears; can\u2019t talk about his mother; can\u2019t talk about his father; we can\u2019t talk about his grandmother unless he does. But only he\u2019s allowed to bring her up as a &#8216;typical white person.\u2019 We can\u2019t talk about his wife now. We can\u2019t talk about that nutcase preacher. We can\u2019t mention his middle name. We can\u2019t talk about his terrorist friends. We can\u2019t talk about his bomber friends. We cannot talk about his voting record. We can\u2019t talk about his religion. We cannot talk about his buddies that shake people down in real estate. We can\u2019t talk about appeasement. <\/p>\n<p>We can\u2019t talk about color. We can\u2019t talk about lack of color. We can\u2019t talk about race. We can\u2019t talk about bombers and mobsters who are his best friends. We can\u2019t talk about schooling. We can\u2019t talk about his name, Hussein. We can\u2019t talk about his lack of experience. We can\u2019t talk about his income. We can\u2019t talk about his flag pin. All these are distortions, all these are distractions, all of these are the politics of usual. It all started out we couldn\u2019t talk about his ears. Now we can\u2019t say anything about the guy. That\u2019s acceptable. We can\u2019t say anything. He is a messiah. We can\u2019t say a word.
