CALLER: Thanks, Rush. I appreciate it. Longtime listener, and it is a pleasure to report that we actually had a say in Lake County, Indiana, which we don\u2019t normally get to have any effect on anything. As a Republican in a heavy Democratic county, we typically are late in the process, and the fact that we had some kind of an influence, especially yesterday, really —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Let me ask you something, Craig. Are you really proud of the kind of influence you almost had in Lake County? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. Well, actually, if you understand a little bit about Lake County —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, we got it. Just think, Cook County East. (laughing)<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, yeah, basically. It\u2019s kind of divided north and south. North is heavily blue-collar Democrat, but south is a lot of Republican professionals, it\u2019s kind of divided 50-50. But, unfortunately, the Democrats have always won out, and, you know, we\u2019re not Chicago, but, boy, we sure get influence from it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, I see, you had a factor because Lake County did not go as Gary did and prevented the Obama victory last night?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yep, that\u2019s it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, you crossed over. You\u2019re an Operation Chaos operative, right?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, sir. It was one of the hardest things I\u2019ve ever had to do.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You felt dirty, right? <\/p>\n

CALLER: I went home and took two showers.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: Let me tell you something, Craig. Let me tell you something. If you had followed my advice and gotten a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater, you wouldn\u2019t have needed to take two showers.
