This is for all of you Democrats — all of you liberals, those of you at The Nation — those of you who are worried that we are somehow committing vast crimes, indictable crimes; that we are tampering with the precious electoral process. Don\u2019t make us laugh. Here is an excerpt from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from some weeks ago. ‘One of our biggest supporters…\u2019 This is Mark Nevins, by the way, Mrs. Clinton\u2019s communications director for Pennsylvania, in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Mark Nevins said, ‘One of our biggest supporters is Governor Ed Rendell,\u2019 known on this program and various other places as Fast Eddie, and Mark Nevin said, ‘We are going to be tapping [Fast Eddie\u2019s] expertise in the Pennsylvania campaign to turn out independents, women, and moderate Republicans.\u2019 With Mrs. Clinton revitalized by a big victory in Ohio, Mr. Nevins said that Pennsylvania\u2019s next. ‘If we can get independents and moderate Republicans to cross over to us, that would be great, but our goal is to turn out our supporters, and I think we\u2019ll start with an inherent advantage, here.” <\/p>\n

So Hillary\u2019s own spokesman in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said we\u2019re going to use Fast Eddie to go out there and find some Republicans to vote for us! Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Obama are both doing exactly what we\u2019re doing here at Operation Chaos, and where did they get the idea? From right here: Operation Chaos headquarters. So the idea that we and you are engaging in criminal behavior is, frankly, totally absurd. It is pathetic. It\u2019s typical liberal whining and moaning (crying) because things aren\u2019t going their way. They thought they were walking to a coronation with either of these candidates. They thought the country so hated Bush and so hated Republicans that this was a walk. It was going to be a piece of cake — and now, there is literal cannibalism going on on the Democrat side as the Democrats have turned into their version of the Donner Party, with the help and the aid of Operation Chaos. Speaking of Operation Chaos, Dan Abrams, PMSNBC (also known as DNCTV), on his show. He\u2019s back to doing legal things, and his show is called Verdict. Here is a montage of Dan Abrams\u2019 report last night about Operation Chaos.<\/p>\n

ABRAMS: He\u2019s at it again! Rush Limbaugh trying to subvert democracy and inject dirty tricks into the Democratic nomination process. I think it\u2019s un-American to encourage people to vote for a candidate they don\u2019t want to win in order to corrupt the process. But in Ohio it may now also be illegal. The question: Did they lie when they signed affidavits pledging allegiance to their new party? One voter bragged about crossing over on a message board saying, quote, ‘They had me sign the affirmation about supporting switching parties and supporting the principles of the Democrat Party. I said, ‘That would be easy, because they don\u2019t have any.\u2019 Everybody got a good chuckle, as there isn\u2019t a Democrat within five miles any direction from where I vote.\u2019 The problem? (dramatic tone) Lying on that affidavit could be election fraud, a felony, which could carry up to six months jail time, and a $2,500 fine! Now some of Limbaugh\u2019s minionnnns, getting a little nervous.<\/p>\n

WOMAN: The Cuyahoga County board of election, actually I\u2019m a little nervous, might be prosecuting voters.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s an empty threat. They have to prove people lied. Look, this is just a bunch of Democrats reacting to tricks played on them like they play on everybody else. They\u2019re lashing out with threats. I wouldn\u2019t worry about it.<\/p>\n

ABRAMS: Not until they call Rush asking them to bail \u2019em out.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You know, Dan, your dad\u2019s a great constitutional scholar and lawyer. Floyd Abrams is Dan Abrams\u2019 dad. You ought to look into the legality, Dan, of pledging allegiance to a party. You sign a ‘loyalty oath,\u2019 Dan? What are you guys turning your party into the old Soviet Union politburo? What are we doing here? Loyalty oaths? Bill Clinton being called a McCarthyite, and James Carville referring to Bill Richardson as Judas. But don\u2019t let a Democrat get caught wearing an American flag lapel pin! No, you can\u2019t show loyalty to the country, can you, Dan? A Democrat can\u2019t do that without infuriating a Democrat constituency. So loyalty oath, pledge allegiance to support the principles of the Democrat Party? Go ahead, Dan. I want you to encourage people to bring on the investigation. He also spoke with the Denver attorney Jeralyn Merritt about Operation Chaos, and Abrams asks Jeralyn Merritt, ‘Do you think the Board of Elections in Ohio should prosecute?\u2019<\/p>\n

MERRITT: I think in some cases they could if they could prove the intent of the voter. For example, if the voter went online and bragged about what they did and then they were able to identify who that person was, I think that they would then have a case against that person — and I think they should bring it because, you know, I think they need to do this as deterrence. This is a despicable practice.<\/p>\n

RUSH: This is a defense lawyer, ladies and gentlemen! ‘A despicable practice.\u2019 They\u2019re just seething with rage because they thought they had a cakewalk. They thought this was a coronation with either candidate. (laughs) Now they want to violate their own Internet privacy by going on and trying to find out who these people are? These are the people that are scared about FISA laws and George Bush searching their phone records, listening to their phone calls, reading their Internet chats. Now they want to use the power of the state of Ohio to investigate people\u2019s Internet chats to find out if they\u2019re really who they say they are and if voter fraud has been committed? Jeralyn Merritt, I think, is a defense lawyer! She should be defending me. She should be angling to be my lawyer. But no! She wants me, El Rushbo, behind bars for six months, $2,500 fine. Here is Abrams: ‘Well, Jeralyn, you had said there might be an aiding and abetting charge against Rush Limbaugh.\u2019<\/p>\n

MERRITT: If he is inducing someone to vote fraudulently with the intent to affect the outcome of the election and then they can actually find a person who says, ‘Yes, I did that, and I voted for Hillary because Rush Limbaugh told me to, and I didn\u2019t really want her to win, and I don\u2019t really believe in the principles of the Democratic Party,\u2019 then they might have a case against Rush for aiding and abetting.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, they are so excited, salivating! ‘Aiding and abetting,\u2019 ‘loyalty oath,\u2019 ‘pledge allegiance to the principles of the Democrat Party,\u2019 ‘voting for somebody they don\u2019t actually want to win\u2019? Have you people forgotten the way you nominated McCain? I\u2019m starting to sound like a broken record with this. I have to tell you. As I listened to Dan Abrams and Jeralyn Merritt, don\u2019t you know that Josef Stalin would be so proud? Stalin would be trying to get out of that grave of his, and join the fray. This is exactly the kind of stuff that Stalin had in mind. Finally, Abrams has this exchange with Jeralyn Merritt.<\/p>\n

ABRAMS: Th-th-th-th-the system is broke, Jeralyn. There\u2019s no question about it. But, you know, again a lot of these people are very law-and-order folks saying (pompous voice), ‘Oh, you know, little crimes gotta get prosecuted. Anyone who violates the letter of the law ought to be serving time,\u2019 and then you have some of these same people who are literally signing an affidavit where they are lying, at the behest at times of Rush Limbaugh.<\/p>\n

MERRITT: You know, that affidavit form — I have a copy of it — it states right on the face of it, that it\u2019s a felony to lie on that form. So for somebody to sign their name and say Dem ‘for one day only,\u2019 when the penalty is right staring at them at the face, that person should be prosecuted.<\/p>\n

ABRAMS: Well, we shall see. I just think it would be so amusing (chuckle) —<\/p>\n

MERRITT: (giggle)<\/p>\n

ABRAMS: — if they go after Rush for encouraging these people to commit these crimes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Crimes, felonies, voting for Democrats in the Ohio primary. A president lying under oath to a grand jury is okay. Bill Clinton lying under oath to a grand jury is okay, because that\u2019s ‘just sex.\u2019 It didn\u2019t affect the way he did his job, that\u2019s okay. Everybody does it — and Jeremiah Wright, Obama\u2019s minister, hating America? That\u2019s fine, too. We shouldn\u2019t be judgmental. Everybody does it. (interruption) What kind of stories? (interruption) Yeah, war stories of what? (interruption) Oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh, oh! I see. Snerdley is interrupting me here with, ‘Everybody has war stories where they lie about what they did.\u2019 Mrs. Clinton lying about sniper fire in Bosnia. Of course these things that we\u2019re supposed to overlook. But with you people in Ohio, lying when you pledged loyalty to the principles of the Democrat Party? (laughing) Can you believe how that sounds? Have you Republicans, when you\u2019ve registered to vote as a Republican, ever had to sign a loyalty oath, to pledge support — ongoing, never-ending support — for Republican Party principles? (interruption) Well, under Jim Crow, yes. In the Deep South, yeah, but I\u2019m talking about in the modern era. You want me to compare the Democrats with Jim Crow in the South? That\u2019s exactly what\u2019s happening here if you want to draw that comparison. But Republicans requiring all of this? Folks, let me tell you. If you\u2019re really worried about… Hey, Dan? Check this one out. I don\u2019t know if Dan is listening, but he\u2019ll hear about it. Folks, those of you in Pennsylvania (it\u2019s too late to save you in Ohio; you are apparently under investigation along with me), here\u2019s a way to make your vote legal: Have the Democrats love it, accept it, and count it in Pennsylvania. That is, go out and hire an illegal alien to show up as you, and vote.<\/p>\n

RUSH: One more thing to all of you Democrats out there, you are all so stuck on stupid. This is pathetic. It\u2019s marvelous to witness this, to listen to what you people are saying. You\u2019re so concerned about the sanctity of the vote, when you are out there practicing intimidation tactics, voter disenfranchisement efforts are going on in Pennsylvania. But let me tell you Democrats something, all of you from Jeralyn Merritt to Dan Abrams to the people at The Nation magazine to wherever you Democrats are out there that are so worried about this. The dirty little secret is that Democrat votes in the Democrat primary don\u2019t even count! Have you heard of superdelegates? Do you know why your Democrat Party created superdelegates? To prevent stupid Democrat voters from nominating somebody like George McGovern or Jimmy Carter. The thing is, you have been confounded because you\u2019ve got two McGoverns on your ballot in the primaries. Hillary or Obama are both McGoverns, in terms of their anti-American military ideas, their Big-Government socialist liberal agendas. They are George McGovern all over again, but the Democrat primary voter is irrelevant. His vote, her vote, doesn\u2019t count. This is all now a pursuit for superdelegates because, Dan and Jeralyn, and all the rest of you, neither Obama nor Hillary can win a majority of Democrat delegates through the June 7th primary end, which is Puerto Rico. Hello superdelegates. The superdelegates are going to determine the Democrat nominee, not the popular vote. So your precious Democrat votes, they don\u2019t even count. Your Democrat voters in the primary are being told (blowing a raspberry), you don\u2019t count. This does not happen in the Republican Party. We don\u2019t have superdelegates. Well, we do, we have Democrats crossing over and voting in our primaries and choosing our nominee, along with the Drive-By Media. But the Democrat primary is not an election. I don\u2019t know what you\u2019re so worried about. The Democrat primary is a PowerPoint presentation to see who among these two candidates can go out and fill in the most blanks in the PowerPoint presentation or Excel format, whichever, and purchase the votes of the superdelegates, which is why Operation Chaos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
