RUSH: Well, I\u2019m speculating here, Snerdley. And then there\u2019s Bill Clinton. I don\u2019t know. You\u2019re going to have to listen to this. This was on Good Morning America today. Co-host Robin Roberts was talking to Clinton in the lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans, and she said to him, ‘President Clinton took a break from his hectic campaign schedule to launch his global youth movement, but the politics of the day are never too far from his mind.\u2019<\/p>\n

CLINTON: If we just chill out here and let all the voters have their say, my gut is it\u2019s going to come out all right. I think we need to let all the people vote. I think it\u2019s important not to overreact here. This has been a fairly mild election. I just think that these things happen. It\u2019s just politics. It\u2019s not that big a deal.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, you might say, ‘What\u2019s the big deal about that bite, Rush? Why are you wasting time saying it?\u2019 Let me explain. Is it possible he has just undermined his own wife\u2019s candidacy and chances of victory with superdelegates? When Bill Clinton says, ‘You know, if we just chill out here and let all the voters have their say, my gut is it\u2019s going to come out all right. I think we need to let all the people vote.\u2019 Well, by the time all the people vote, we\u2019re not going to have a winner. Now, what voters is he talking about here? The assumption is that he\u2019s talking about average American Democrat voters, not the superdelegates. ‘Those people are voters, too, Limbaugh. You\u2019re very smart, you\u2019re very shrewd. You know, I\u2019m one of these people, Limbaugh. I do this better than anybody else. I look to you, I tell you something right to your face that isn\u2019t true without lying, and that\u2019s what Obama can\u2019t do. When Obama\u2019s lying, you know he\u2019s lying, but when I\u2019m lying, you know it, but you don\u2019t care. In fact, you sit there and you marvel and you wish you could do it, too, right?\u2019 So we don\u2019t know what he\u2019s talking about here, but it could be interpreted that he\u2019s just undermining his bride\u2019s electoral chances with the elite superdelegates. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
