Swetnick is the woman who claimed that Kavanaugh and his buddy, Mark Judge, gave women booze and pills to essentially incapacitate them while setting up gang &#8220;rape trains&#8221; for their buddies in school.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-286820\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/APP-100218-Swetnick.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/APP-100218-Swetnick.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/APP-100218-Swetnick-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She has under withering investigation said (paraphrasing), &#8220;Well, (sputtering) I &#8212; I don\u2019t know that Kavanaugh ever&#8230; I &#8212; I &#8212; I&#8230; He was in the vicinity. It\u2019s very, very coincidental if he didn\u2019t do it.&#8221; But she\u2019s backing off of it. NBC News, Kate Snow was very depressed, very disappointed. They can\u2019t corroborate anything she said! They\u2019re trying as hard as they can! They can\u2019t find any evidence that what she\u2019s saying is true, Swetnick.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: NBC News has had to admit that they are unable to independently corroborate the claims of Julie Swetnick, unable to independently corroborate Swetnick\u2019s claims and has not spoken with anybody who says they saw Swetnick at parties with Kavanaugh! They can\u2019t find anybody that can place her there!<\/p>\n<p>But she says she was at 10 parties where Kavanaugh and his buddies were running rape trains, gang rape trains. They can\u2019t find anybody who saw Swetnick. Swetnick was a college student when Kavanaugh and his buddies were high school students! Everybody\u2019s asking, &#8220;What\u2019s a college student, female, hanging around at a high school party for &#8212; and why keep going back to gang rapes, if that\u2019s what\u2019s happening at these parties?&#8221; You know what her lawyer said to that? Her lawyer said that she was doing research!<\/p>\n<p>Yeah. Julie Swetnick kept going to these gang rape parties to gather evidence, to do research. But NBC &#8212; and believe me, they\u2019re lookin\u2019. NBC News can\u2019t find anybody who says they saw Swetnick at parties with Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh has said he doesn\u2019t know Swetnick and has called her claims a farce. &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/ex-boyfriend-says-kavanaugh-accuser-julie-swetnick-threatened-to-kill-his-unborn-child-was-exaggerating-everything\">Ex-Boyfriend Says Swetnick Threatened to Kill His Unborn Baby, &#8216;Was Exaggerating Everything.<\/a>&#8216;&#8221; Look, Julie Swetnick isn\u2019t credible, just like Christine Ford isn\u2019t credible. I don\u2019t mean to insult anybody here, but we\u2019ve been through it a thousand times.<\/p>\n<p>Ford? Nobody she says was there says they were. She doesn\u2019t know where or when. She doesn\u2019t what she said afterwards and how she got home. She doesn\u2019t know anything, other than Kavanaugh did it. She has no credibility and neither does Swetnick. So Swetnick isn\u2019t credible. Ford isn\u2019t either. Feinstein is not credible! The Democrat Party is not credible. The media is not credible. There is no credibility on the allegation side of this entire Kavanaugh story.<\/p>\n<p>Last night on Laura Ingraham\u2019s show on Fox News, &#8220;Julie Swetnick\u2019s ex-boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, details why the third Kavanaugh accuser is unreliable. Vinneccy says Swetnick never mentioned having been sexually assaulted&#8221; to him. &#8220;The ex-boyfriend of Julie Swetnick, the third woman to make uncorroborated, lurid allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, told Fox News exclusively on Monday that she had threatened to kill his unborn child and at times even bizarrely asked him to hit her.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/E4J9tDaEtNA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;Right after I broke up with her, she basically called me many times and at one point she basically said, &#8216;You will never, ever see your unborn child alive,\u2019 Richard Vinneccy said on The Ingraham Angle. According to Vinneccy, Swetnick told him at the time, &#8216;I\u2019m just going to go over there and kill you guys.\u2019 Swetnick is represented by &#8230; Michael Avenatti. He did not immediately respond to Fox News\u2019 request for comment on Vinneccy\u2019s allegation, but in an interview on CNN Monday night, he cast doubt on Vinneccy\u2019s credibility and characterized him as an estranged ex-boyfriend.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Again, &#8220;NBC: We Can\u2019t Corroborate Any of the Claims Made by Julie Swetnick, Also Her Claims Have Shifted.&#8221; Swetnick said she saw boys &#8220;congregating outside rooms,&#8221; but, quote, &#8220;I didn\u2019t know what was occurring.&#8221; Wait a minute! You started out saying there were gang rapes going on in there, and now you\u2019re saying, &#8220;I don\u2019t know?&#8221; And she says that she never saw Kavanaugh in the room, but he was outside, she\u2019s sure, and that\u2019s not a coincidence.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Julie Swetnick: &#8220;I cannot specifically say that Kavanaugh was one of the ones who assaulted me, but before this happened to me at the party, I saw him there. If Brett Kavanaugh was one of those people that did this to me, there is no way in the world&#8230;&#8221; If? Wait a minute! I thought he was. I thought he was running the show here. Now she can\u2019t place him there? Julie Swetnick.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I\u2019ve got some Julie Swetnick sound bites. I want to share \u2019em with you. They are sound bites from an MSNBC interview. Kate Snow is the senior national correspondent for NBC News. She used to be with CNN. She interviewed Swetnick. I\u2019m gonna set this up again by reminding you of a few things, which you\u2019re going to hear, which will then more easily help you to remember that you heard it.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve been told, and then you\u2019ll hear it for yourself, and that way it will remain with you. She is taking back that Kavanaugh organized gang-rape trains at these 10 high school parties she attended while a college student. Let me just tell you, as a former high school student who went to parties, if a college babe had shown up, it would have been nirvana. I\u2019m just telling you. If a college babe had shown up? Oh-ho-ho-ho-ho-ho! If a college guy had shown up, we would have all known the guy\u2019s striking out with college girls and is showing up to a high school party trying to impress the high school girls.<\/p>\n<p>But Swetnick showing up at these high school parties, claiming that Kavanaugh and a friend of his were drugging and liquoring up women to get them compliant so as to be able to pull off gang-rape trains. You\u2019ll hear her pull back (summarized), &#8220;Well, uhhh, I can\u2019t say specifically that Kavanaugh was one of the ones who assaulted me, but before this happened to me at that party I saw him there. He was there! If Kavanaugh was one of those people that did this to me, there\u2019s no way in the world he should go on the court.&#8221; But she can\u2019t place him there other than say it\u2019s coincidental.<\/p>\n<p>So here we go with Kate Snow. The first question on our sound bite roster: &#8220;Can you tell me what happened as much as you\u2019re comfortable saying?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>SWETNICK: (haltingly) I was at a party, and I remember that I started not to feel very well. And they went I know I was shoved into a room and I\u2019m having my clothes torn different directions. I was touched everywhere. Uh, I was physically assaulted in every way you can possibly physically assault a woman. It was horrible. I had no way to fend them off.<\/p>\n<p>SNOW: You know what I\u2019m gonna ask:Everyone is wondering if one of those people was Brett Kavanaugh.<\/p>\n<p>SWETNICK: I cannot specifically say that he was one of the ones who assaulted me.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What? What? Well, that\u2019s not what the original claim was! Your lawyer puts this last-minute claim out there. &#8220;I can\u2019t specifically&#8230;&#8221; NBC is starting to get deflated already. They think they\u2019ve got the gold mine of interviews. They\u2019ve got the get of gets. They\u2019ve got Julie Swetnick. The problem is her lawyer didn\u2019t properly vet her, because her lawyer didn\u2019t think with the media, it\u2019d be necessary. The media would accept whatever he tells them \u2019cause the media wants to get Kavanaugh too. NBC, I don\u2019t know if they\u2019re really vetting her or just trying to get confirmation here to add to what they want to do.<\/p>\n<p>So Kate Snow then says, &#8220;Did you see Brett Kavanaugh spiking the punch? Did you see him putting grain alcohol in the punch?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-286882\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Swetnickinterview.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Swetnickinterview.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Swetnickinterview-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>SWETNICK: I saw him giving red Solo cups to quite a few girls during that time frame, and there was grain punch at those parties. And I would not take one of those glasses from Mark Kavanaugh &#8212; Brett Kavanaugh. Excuse me. I saw him around the punch containers. I don\u2019t know what he did, but I saw him buy them. Yes.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, now, what&#8230;? (laughing) You see what\u2019s happening? First, he set up the gang rape trains. He was responsible for drugging and alcoholing, liquoring up the women. Now, &#8220;Oh, no, I can\u2019t say he assaulted me.&#8221; She apparently was assaulted in any which way you can imagine, but she can\u2019t name him, and then when it&#8230; (paraphrased exchange) &#8220;Did you see him spike the punch with grain alcohol?&#8221; (laughing) &#8220;Well, I saw him have a lot of red Solo cups. I wouldn\u2019t take a red Solo Cup from Brett Kavanaugh no matter what you gave me!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Now we\u2019ve got the fear of the red Solo Cup. How do we know it was a Solo Cup? There\u2019s a lot of different manufacturers of cups, including Playtex. How do we know that it was a Solo Cup? Solo is being sullied here, that their cups are being used in the abuse of women. Then NBC admits they cannot locate two of her witnesses! One of the witnesses she names says he never heard of her, and the fourth witness that she named is dead.<\/p>\n<p>SNOW: We haven\u2019t heard from those friends. So I\u2019m asking, you know (sputters), are there people &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>SWETNICK: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>SNOW: &#8212; alive today &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>SWETNICK: Yes. I ha&#8211; I have &#8212; I &#8212; I &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>SNOW: &#8212; who would say, &#8220;Yes, I went to those parties with Julie&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>SWETNICK: I have &#8212; Yes. There are people that know about those parties.<\/p>\n<p>SNOW: (dramatic voiceover) This morning, Swetnick provided four names of friends she says went to the parties with her. &#8230; One of them said he does not recall a Julie Swetnick. Another of the friends she named is deceased. We\u2019ve reached out to the other two and haven\u2019t heard back.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: &#8220;Ssssssssssssss&#8221; is the sound of air coming out of a balloon or any other inflatable object. Next, we go to Swetnick\u2019s former boyfriend, who was on The Ingraham Angle last night on the Fox News Channel. This is Richard Venneccy (is the pronunciation). The question: &#8220;You claim that Ms. Swetnick threatened you after you broke up with her. What types of threats are you alleging?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>VENNECCY: Right after I broke up with her she basically called me many times, and at one point she basically say, &#8220;You\u2019ll never, ever see your unborn child alive, and I just gonna go over there and kill you guys.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>INGRAHAM: She said she was gonna kill you?<\/p>\n<p>VENNECCY: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Right. After she\u2019d dealt with the unborn baby. She was gonna do that first. &#8220;You\u2019ll never, ever see your unborn child alive&#8230;&#8221; Do the Democrats really want to stand behind this? Is this what they want to vouch for? They\u2019re backing off of this. Again, I don\u2019t mean to be redundant, but Dianne Feinstein all of a sudden this afternoon bringing up the fact, &#8220;We need to start looking again at his Roe v. Wade decision, women\u2019s reproductive health and his assault weapons thinking on it.&#8221; Why? That\u2019s been vetted long ago.<\/p>\n<p>And you didn\u2019t have anything to opposed him there. So&#8230; Can you imagine how they feel about this? I mean, they\u2019re fools to believe this was real in the first place. But they\u2019re so damn desperate.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: So to sum up Julie Swetnick, she\u2019s gone from all these wild claims to now saying that Kavanaugh didn\u2019t do it &#8212; didn\u2019t drug her, didn\u2019t gang rape here, didn\u2019t set \u2019em up. Now she only allegedly places him nearby and has now a fear of red Solo cups. She doesn\u2019t know if he spiked the punch with grain alcohol. She doesn\u2019t know if he was there when she was assaulted over every bit of her body, she said. And the people that she says can confirm her story are dead or don\u2019t know her.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-273628\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/APP-050818-Avenatti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/APP-050818-Avenatti.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/APP-050818-Avenatti-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>So tell me how is this verified? How do we corroborate Julie Swetnick? We don\u2019t. So all the Democrats have here is &#8220;the seriousness of the charge,&#8221; but they got zip, zero, nada evidence. So Avenatti, her lawyer, has been doing damage control, and he\u2019s out there saying that one of Swetnick\u2019s friends told her that Kavanaugh was spiking the punch. Oh ho! Oh! We got it wrong first, Judge. It wasn\u2019t that she saw Kavanaugh. Somebody told her that Kavanaugh was spiking the punch. She never saw it.<\/p>\n<p>So now the FBI has to go out and try to find this so-called witness. This is a great game the Democrats think they have going. &#8220;Oh, no, it wasn\u2019t Kavanaugh! (stammering) She saw somebody!&#8221; That\u2019s why this stuff has got to stop. By the way, you heard Chuck You Schumer in that sound bite floor of the Senate say, &#8220;Kavanaugh is talking to his friends at Yale.&#8221; So what? Could somebody tell me what is wrong with Kavanaugh calling people he went to school with at Yale and asking them to tell people what they knew?<\/p>\n<p>What is so wrong with that?<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s even a tinge of suspicion attached to that. Do you think the Democrats around scouring, either, for people who will claim to be Julie Swetnick\u2019s buddies? Do you think the Democrats are not doing that? What is so wrong with Kavanaugh calling people he went to school with at Yale and asking them if they remember all this stuff that didn\u2019t happen? I mean, even trying to confirm and prove your innocence &#8212; which shouldn\u2019t even be what Kavanaugh has to do. Even that is now being accused by the Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>And all these other&#8230; There\u2019s a bunch of other people, classmates at Yale, claiming that Kavanaugh has lied about his binge drinking. But there aren\u2019t any witnesses that can show that. &#8220;In the wake of Kavanaugh\u2019s testimony before the committee last Thursday, the media have doubled down on efforts to turn up evidence of illicit behavior in high school and college&#8221; because they\u2019re trying to bolster Ford. They\u2019re trying to find anything \u2019cause Ford doesn\u2019t have anything, either. They\u2019re trying to find anything to save her story, and they can\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>They can\u2019t find anybody that can confirm what these late-arriving witnesses, Ramirez and Swetnick, are saying. And this brings me&#8230; I referenced this in the first hour of the program, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2018\/10\/brett-kavanaugh-gang-rape-claim-falls-apart\/\">&#8220;The Case Against Kavanaugh\u2019s Collapsing,&#8221; by David French<\/a>, who is a leading Never Trumper at National Review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: They can&#039;t corroborate anything she said!
