highlighting the genuine vapidness and stupidity of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez yesterday while proclaiming that she is the face<\/a>, the new face, of the Democrat Party. CNN is very alarmed at that. They didn\u2019t want that to take hold anywhere; so they assembled a panel discussion to discuss that sound bite of me from the Dittocam yesterday. “They\u2019ve been saying that Nancy Pelosi is the face of the party,” trying to dissuade it. This woman, Ocasio-Cortez? Folks, it gets worse. I have a couple more sound bites from her in the roster. Listening to her talk about Pelosi is just a laugh riot. It is abundantly clear this woman doesn\u2019t know anything. You know, she\u2019s a bartender — and I\u2019m even hesitant to say that \u2019cause I like bartenders. I do not intend to insult them.<\/p>\n
But this is one of the greatest accidents of politics that\u2019s ever happened. This is worse… Remember that movie Peter Sellers was in called Being There? He was an absolute idiot gardener but he had this way of saying things and the world thought he had become the biggest political genius on earth. He had no idea what he was talking about. This is even worse than that. That was a movie. This is real.<\/p>\n

Oh! “San Francisco Getting 78 Calls a Day About Human Feces in the Street.” It\u2019s getting worse. “The San Francisco Chronicle published a snapshot of how the city is dealing with thousands of homeless people living on the streets and the waste, including drug needles and feces…” Now, here\u2019s the thing: In San Francisco, they\u2019re banning plastic straws while they are dispensing needles and syringes! Now 78 phone calls a day to come clean up human feces in the streets.<\/p>\n
Anyway, here\u2019s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She was last night on Fredo Prime Time on CNN, and he was straight-faced through all of this. We just have one bite. I\u2019m looking… I\u2019ve gotta find what she said. He asked her about Pelosi, and her answer about who Pelosi is and what Pelosi does is classic. I had it here, and by this time I\u2019ve got so many pieces of paper scattered all over everywhere, I have to go through each one trying to find out where it might be. In the meantime, while I try to find it (and it doesn\u2019t look like I\u2019m going to), here is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez answering the question, “It\u2019s all very expensive, your ideas, your socialist agenda. It gives people sticker shock. How do you pay? How are you gonna sell it?”<\/p>\n
OCASIO-CORTEZ: People talk about the sticker shock of Medicare for all. They do not talk about the sticker shock of the cost of our existing system. Americans have the sticker shock of health care as it is, and we\u2019re also not talking about is why aren\u2019t we incorporating the cost of awful the funeral expenses of those who die because they can\u2019t afford access to health care? That is part of the cost of our system. I think at the end of the day we see that this is not a pipe dream. Every other developed nation in the world does this. Why can\u2019t America? And that is the question that we need to ask. We have done these things before. We write unlimited blank checks for war. We just wrote a $2 trillion check for that tax cut, the GOP tax cut, and nobody asked those folks, “How are you they gonna pay for it?”<\/p>\n
