(interruption) Trillion-dollar value for Apple? Pfft! Bragging rights.\u00a0 I mean, it\u2019s not&#8230; Pfft! They\u2019re just the first to get there.\u00a0 It\u2019s a big deal.\u00a0 What do they sell?\u00a0 Stop and think of this.\u00a0 What do they sell?\u00a0 They sell iPhones. (interruption) No, the iPhone is what&#8230; (interruption) Well, no, the services business for Apple is approaching $9 billion to $10 billion a year, which is a Fortune 300 business in and of itself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-261374\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/FB-100617-Rush-Talks-Tech.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/FB-100617-Rush-Talks-Tech.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/FB-100617-Rush-Talks-Tech-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>The services business is (chuckles) just you buying music or downloading or joining the iCloud Music Library, Apple Music, whatever. Their install base is so massive now that the watch business and all&#8230; But basically it\u2019s the iPhone that\u2019s done this.\u00a0 It\u2019s stunning when you stop and think about &#8212; and they have been able&#8230; They introduced a $1,000 iPhone last year, and it moved their average selling price per phone to up to 700 bucks, and they sell 200 million of them a year &#8212; 200 million plus. They sell five million Macs.<\/p>\n<p>They sell about 20 million iPads.\u00a0 It just keeps feeding on itself.\u00a0 So it just&#8230; It\u2019s not oil.\u00a0 You know, it\u2019s not a fossil fuel.\u00a0 It\u2019s a phone, for crying out loud!\u00a0 Anyway, I don\u2019t want to go there.\u00a0 Snerdley asked me, &#8220;What\u2019s the meaning of the trillion-dollar valuation?&#8221; Whatever goes up can come down, I guess; I don\u2019t know.\u00a0 I do know this:\u00a0 If you owned&#8230; If you\u2019d purchased $1000 of Apple stock, what, five years ago?
