RUSH: Hey, have you seen the Trump tweet from about 10:50 this morning<\/a>, 10 minutes to 11? Listen to this. “I\u2019m very concerned that Russia –” (laughing) — listen to this — “I\u2019m very concerned that Russia will be fighting very hard to have an impact on the upcoming election. Based on the fact that no president has been tougher on Russia than me, they\u2019ll be pushing very hard for the Democrats. They definitely don\u2019t want Trump.”<\/p>\n

This is called a major jam. This is jamming it where the sun don\u2019t shine into everybody in the Drive-By Media and the Democrat Party. Let me read this again. This is great. This is on par with “Russia, are you listening? Maybe you could find the 33,000 missing Hillary emails.” And they think that triggered the Russians hacking. That\u2019s what they really think.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>“I\u2019m very concerned,” Trump tweets “that Russia will be fighting very hard” — just adopted their line of thought. They\u2019re out there saying the Russians, the Russians, the Russians are gonna meddle in the elections, the Russians are gonna tamper in 2018. So Trump is stealing their thunder. Some might say trying to get in on it, but nevertheless, “I\u2019m very concerned that Russia will be fighting” — (laughing) –This is exactly the kind of thing I would do just to tweak. You know how we tweak the media on this program very often. That\u2019s why I love this.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m very concerned that Russia will be fighting very hard to have an impact on the upcoming election based on the fact that no president\u2019s been tougher on Russia than me.” They\u2019re gonna blow gaskets. Well, they probably are \u2019cause the tweet\u2019s over an hour old. “Based on fact that no president\u2019s been tougher on Russia than me, the Russians will be pushing very hard for the Democrats. They definitely don\u2019t want Trump.”<\/p>\n

So Trump is now accusing Putin of trying to meddle in the elections to help Democrats win. He\u2019s just turning it right around on \u2019em, instead of slinking away and acting exposed or guilty or defensive and trying to sue for peace, he\u2019s just turning it right around on \u2019em and in advance. He\u2019s accusing them of benefiting from Russian attempts to hurt him by electing them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
