RUSH: Now, that was 2017, September 25, 26, 27. By the way, Katrina was manufactured. George Bush\u2019s Katrina was a totally manufactured crisis. That crisis was the incompetence of Mayor Ray Nagin and Kathleen what\u2019s her name, the governor down there, with all the buses that were flooded. They could have been used to get people out of there. Local incompetence ended up being Bush\u2019s Katrina, right? So that becomes a thing, to represent Republican incompetence and Republican lack of compassion. “Republicans don\u2019t care about people!”<\/p>\n
