Just in time for the holiday season, a new report says that the number of Americans in jail has risen eight-fold since 1970. As usual, women and minorities are hardest hit. Women are the fastest growing population of new criminals being sent to prison. (Who says the push for equality isn\u2019t getting results?)<\/p>\n

In 1970, there were under 200,000 criminals behind bars. Today, there are over 1.5 million in state or federal lockups and another 750,000 in local jails. But researchers from the JFA Institute– a George Soros funded group of libs– say keeping people in jail comes at great cost to society. They recommend shorter sentences, alternative punishments, more parole, relaxed drug laws, and more help– meaning taxpayer resources– for criminals released from the pokey.<\/p>\n

JFA President James Austin says: “There is no evidence that keeping people in prison longer makes us any safer.” You heard right! Absolutely no evidence– none– that keeping criminals in prison makes us safer.<\/p>\n

Friends, this is stunning! Do you realize the enormity of the new research? Ever since humans have walked on earth, there have been jailsfor the ne\u2019er-do-wells among us. But thanks to George Soros and these libs, we\u2019ve learned of our mistake:criminals don\u2019t belong in jail –they belong at home. Because we\u2019re not safer with them in jail. Solet\u2019s release the criminals;give them a jail break in time for Christmas. One thing… let\u2019s send them to Mr. Austin\u2019s neighborhood,okay? <\/p>\n
