Thank you for talking to me.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You bet.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I don\u2019t always agree with what you say, but I am glad you gave voice to <a xhtml:id=\"\/content\/home\/daily\/site_112207\/content\/01125114\" href=\"\/\/\/home\/daily\/site_112207\/content\/01125114.html\">that fool from Ohio<\/a>. Because people need to realize that in order to insure anything or anyone you have to have an insurable interest in that person or that item. And I don\u2019t believe and I don\u2019t think anybody else can possibly believe that Cheney, Bush, Condoleezza Rice, or anybody else had an insurable interest in the World Trade Center, since it was owned by the Port Authority.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yes, a point that I brilliantly made.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I\u2019m only a high school graduate. I\u2019m 61 years old, and I just started my own home business.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Really? Congratulations.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, thank you. Basically it\u2019s an animal-oriented business and I would like to send Punkin a gift if I can get an address to mail it to you.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125115.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"191\" height=\"233\" class=\"alignright\"\/>RUSH: If you just put Punkin, P-u-n-k-i-n, Palm Beach, Florida, 33480, she gets it.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: 33480?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You will not be the first. (laughing) I get mail for Punkin.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I had no idea that you had a cat. I was very touched by your talking about your other cat that had passed away.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: When did you first learn that I had a cat?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: About a week ago, I guess, maybe two weeks ago &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Really?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; when you mentioned her on the program, or him? Is it a him or a her?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, yeah? Well, you haven\u2019t been listening that long, then?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, I do, but only occasionally because I am busy. I have a house to run. I have a husband with Alzheimer\u2019s, and I\u2019m busy, so I don\u2019t always get a chance to listen.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What are you doing with your animal business?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Making catnip toys.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh!<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I have a website on the Internet, and I thought maybe Punkin would enjoy one of my toys since I get rave reviews from everybody who gets one.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Make sure you put &#8216;Punkin.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Is P-u-n-k-i-n? <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah. P-u-n-k-i-n.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Wonderful. Is Punkin a boy or a girl?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: She\u2019s female.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: She\u2019s a girl. Okay.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah. She\u2019s ten years old. She doesn\u2019t know she\u2019s a girl anymore.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125115.Par.4584.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"239\" class=\"alignright\"\/>CALLER: Is she a Ruddy Abyssinian?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Ruddy Abyssinian, correct.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, you mentioned the other one was a blue Aby &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; so I thought maybe that you had a Ruddy.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yep. That\u2019s exactly right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: And I was also touched by the idea that you mentioned yesterday about being able to turn your lights on outside again now that the turtle season was over.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, I was not only touched. I was deliriously happy.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, I\u2019m sure you were. It\u2019s nice to be able to see at night.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (laughter) <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You have to walk around in the dark because you\u2019re afraid baby turtles will go astray.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: No. It\u2019s just that I have beautiful landscape lighting in the back, and eight months a year I can\u2019t turn it on.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I know, I know, and it\u2019s very good of you to be so concerned not to have them go astray when they\u2019re trying to make it to the water. I know that.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: That\u2019s exactly right. I do care about them.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I lived in Florida for nine-and-a-half years and a lot of people just don\u2019t give a damn.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Tell me about it. <\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I wish I was there now. I\u2019m in Tennessee, and I hate it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, why don\u2019t you move back? Oh, your husband. Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, we\u2019re thinking about it. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Okay. If you just put &#8212; because Punkin gets mail.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Okay, so it\u2019s Palm Beach, 33480? <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, just put &#8216;Punkin Limbaugh,\u2019 and we\u2019ll get it.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Okay, great.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: In fact, the last thing somebody sent her was some catnip. Well, I sampled it first. Anybody can send in stuff, so I sampled the catnip first to see if it worked.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, I\u2019ll send a dream pillow for you, too. I make those, too.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, a dream pillow, with catnip?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You put it in your pillowcase and you\u2019ll have sweet dreams.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughter) <\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I appreciate that. Well, I\u2019m glad you called, and I appreciate the brilliant observation. What do you think, Susan, of all the things, of all the conspiracy theories I\u2019ve heard? I can\u2019t imagine what Moe is reading.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I have no clue. I think he went to the same school that Rosie O\u2019Donnell went to. The one that says fire doesn\u2019t melt steel?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, yeah, exactly. Fire doesn\u2019t melt steel! MSNBC is going to hire her. She\u2019s a perfect, perfect, perfect candidate.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: He\u2019s an absolute genius (Moe). If that\u2019s an example of what the public school system is like in Ohio, I\u2019m glad I don\u2019t live there.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, he was passed through every grade. Susan, I\u2019m glad you called. Thanks very much. That\u2019s right, MSNBC is thinking about hiring Rosie O\u2019Donnell. MSNBC executives say that they\u2019re not necessarily purposely going left to compete with Fox. That it just happens. Well, you know, they may be more right than they are wrong. Let me give you a little profundity here, folks: &#8216;Any group, any person that is not by definition conservative will become liberal.\u2019 Liberalism is the easiest choice in the world. It is the most gutless choice you could make, because you don\u2019t have to do anything. All you have to do as a liberal is notice a problem, wail, and whine, and moan about it and claim that you care, and you\u2019ll feel good about yourself &#8212; and you\u2019ll convince others that you have a big heart. Conservatism is an intellectual application that requires action to implement, to maintain, and to explain. It\u2019s tough.
