CALLER: How are you, Rush?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Just fine sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thanks for taking my call.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m just wondering. I think it would be very interesting if it finally ends up the way it looks like it might end up to be, a Clinton versus Giuliani election.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes.<\/p>\n

CALLER: The Clintons have been so successful in reaching whatever they wished to reach through various means of having the propensity for making things like files and evidence and people like Vince Foster and James McDougal disappear, and yet they seem to be like John Gotti as far as being Teflon. All this stuff just slides off them and nobody is ever able to find out actually what happened, and they just move on. And I think if it\u2019s Rudy Giuliani, I have a funny feeling considering his ability to investigate and research and the resources that he has available for him. He built the New York City police department, which has a better intelligence agency than most countries, that foreign countries, including the FBI and the CIA constantly make use of these resources, these databases and —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Let\u2019s just cut to the chase here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay. Who better?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Richard, what are you saying, that Rudy is going to finally dig up the dirt on these people?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I don\u2019t think he\u2019s going to dig up the dirt. I\u2019m sure he\u2019s got a file put away for just the right time that he could kneecap the Clintons with the way the Clintons go around us kneecapping everybody else. I\u2019m thinking that Rudy Giuliani probably knows more about the Clintons than the Clintons know about themselves.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, if that\u2019s true it\u2019s going to be a very boring campaign, because there won\u2019t be any mud slung by either side.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, well, I just think if anybody\u2019s going to be capable of finally beating them at their own game, it\u2019s going to be Rudy Giuliani.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I know. I know that\u2019s what you\u2019re saying. I was just pretending to be a reporter. (laughing) <\/p>\n

CALLER: (laughing) This could be very interesting.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (laughing) Well, you may be right. I hadn\u2019t thought of that, but I don\u2019t care who the nominee is. It looks like it will be Rudy, but this campaign is going to have surprises that nobody can anticipate. It\u2019s going to be, probably… The predictions are it is going to be dirtier than any campaign previously — and, you know, the conventional wisdom is always wrong. If this guy is right, if Rudy has a file on them and they got a file on Rudy, and they\u2019re both telling each other, ‘You play low, and I\u2019m releasing what I got in here…\u2019 Of course, the Clintons would say, ‘You can\u2019t possibly have any more than what everybody else already knows. So you go ahead and talk about it. We\u2019ve already had that stuff dumped on us, and we have dealt with it, Rudy.\u2019 Ha-ha-ha! (interruption) Yes, of course, I do. Of course, I believe it. Snerdley says, ‘Do you believe we\u2019re talking about presidential candidates ‘kneecapping\u2019 people, and nobody even blinks?\u2019 Snerdley, you\u2019re not that na&iuml;ve.
