Actress Cynthia Nixon from Sex And The City is taking on New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. It\u2019s a case of Lefty versus Leftier.<\/p>\n<p>At her first campaign stop in Brooklyn, she unleashed on Cuomo, who we call here affectionately the son of Mario the Pious.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times says that she questioned whether Cuomo is a real Democrat. She said that Cuomo is beholden to corporate donors. She linked him to the corruption of New York politics. She hit him for presiding over a state divided into haves and have-nots, in her words, \u201cthe single most unequal state in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After likening Cuomo to President Trump for slashing taxes on corporations and the super-rich, Cynthia Nixon outlined her three-point platform. She is gonna fix the \u201cvery segregated\u201d New York school system; she is gonna solve \u201cinequality\u201d; and she is gonna make the subway trains run on time.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-241581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/00-Rush-Morning-Update-2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"137\">A Cuomo surrogate hit back. Former city councilwoman Christine Quinn called Cynthia Nixon an \u201cunqualified lesbian.\u201d After a firestorm, Quinn apologized, said she\u2019s just a lesbian.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Nixon did pick up a heavyweight endorsement though. Rosie O\u2019Donnell is all-in, and that\u2019s gotta count for something. Whenever Rosie sits in on something it\u2019s big.<\/p>\n<p>But think about this. Will Governor Cuomo\u2019s brother Fredo interview Ms. Nixon on CNN? Maybe even betray the family and support her?<\/p>\n<p>Like I said.
