RUSH: We go to Quebec, Canada. This is Pierre. Pierre, great to have you with us.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hello, Rush, how are you?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Just fine, sir, never better, actually.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Actually, nice shirt.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (Laughing.) Thank you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I kind of like that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: All the suck-ups are now writing in and talking about how much they love the shirt.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, basically it\u2019s not the shirt that\u2019s creating that fuzz on the screen, it\u2019s that you\u2019re brilliant, that\u2019s all, that\u2019s what it is.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Good point.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, I had a question concerning Hillary, and I thought you\u2019d be the only one able to answer that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Probably true.<\/p>\n

CALLER: If you look at the ideology of all those extremist people, the factions and everything, you put them all together and the man is above everything and everyone, and basically women are treated like dirt over there, if Hillary gets elected, will they accept to deal with a woman? Because by doing so it would be giving the wrong picture to the —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, they\u2019d have no choice. They deal with Condoleezza Rice. I mean, look, I\u2019m going to tell you this.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, but she\u2019s a side dish. If Hillary gets elected, she\u2019s it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, not just a side dish, secretary of state is not just a side dish. Interesting choice of words from you there, Pierre.<\/p>\n

CALLER: (Laughing.)<\/p>\n

RUSH: But, look, I make no brief for Mrs. Clinton, but screw these people. If we elect a female president and they tell us that makes us even a bigger target, then come on.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, I\u2019m all for it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: The biggest problem that we\u2019re making here is trying to reorganize and reorder our lives so that we don\u2019t offend them or don\u2019t offend that group or don\u2019t offend that country. Frankly, I\u2019m fed up with it. They\u2019re the ones that offend me. They\u2019re the ones that are living in the Dark Ages. And if we\u2019re going to give them some sort of veto power, even the election of Hillary Clinton notwithstanding —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — we\u2019re in big, big trouble.<\/p>\n

CALLER: So you don\u2019t think that\u2019s going to create anything major?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I think they\u2019re already as angry at us as they can get. They already despise our existence. We\u2019re infidels. That might, you know, put a cherry on top of the whole thing. Well, bad choice of words there, folks. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I said side dish.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I apologize for that. But we elect a female president, they\u2019re already over the edge. We\u2019re dealing with lunatics here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, I know. While I got you there, Rush, another thing, if I may.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, of course.<\/p>\n

CALLER: From outside the US point of view if I may say so, you look at CNN and all the media hoopla going on about every topic you can dream of, America used to be looked at as a great nation, first power, first superpower, I mean you guys had it all. And the media is making such a mockery of your country now. There\u2019s not a single positive word that gets out on the media anymore, and that includes us.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I know. We\u2019re very much aware of that here. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Do people in the states realize that? I mean it\u2019s getting to a critical point where you hear the word Americans, and people are almost —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019ll tell you what\u2019s going to happen. If Mrs. Clinton is elected president, what that will mean is that Bill Clinton is also back in the White House, and you\u2019re going to see the biggest 180 on the part of the media. The economy will be great, people\u2019s attitudes, they\u2019ll take polls, the American people have never been happier, the homeless are even nicer on the streets when people pass \u2019em by and give \u2019em a quarter. You\u2019re going to see in the space of however long it takes to do the inaugural balls, America will be loved again, according to the media. There will be new-found respect. The Ahmadinejads of the world and the Hugo Chavez will want to sit down and talk business with us now that the great Satan has been relegated to the ash heap of presidential history. So what this really is is not — I do admit that there are a bunch of people in this country who despise the country as it exists and would love to tear it down and rebuild it in their own image, but at the same time these are just a bunch of liberals in the media and the Democrat Party, of course, who just can\u2019t get it through their heads that they\u2019ve lost two presidential elections to somebody they think is an absolute dummkopf and they\u2019re besides themselves with rage. And so they hate Bush, they hate Americans for electing Bush, they\u2019re going to make it look like the whole world does. Get somebody on their side back in power and we will be in paradise once again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
