CALLER: Hello there, Rush.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Hello there. How are you?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Fine. My whole point is, last week you were talking about choice, women have choice, and I have a very good friend who is a prostitute, and she\u2019s gotten trapped, she\u2019s gotten thrown in jail —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Wait, wait, wait. (Laughing)<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, I know. <\/p>\n

RUSH: No, wait a minute. I\u2019m trying to remember the context here —<\/p>\n

CALLER: It was about abortion.<\/p>\n

RUSH: But wait. Are you sure it wasn\u2019t a caller that called and was talking about this? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Maybe. I\u2019m not sure.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Was it the last call of the day?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Was it from a Republican woman who said she was liberal on some things, like pro-life and abortion she was liberal, but she was conservative on other things —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, yeah, yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — and she was urging Republican unity?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, okay.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And during that call —<\/p>\n

CALLER: So you have a choice about abortion, right, but you don\u2019t have a choice whether to use your body to sell it? As I was thinking about it, and it ran through my head so much, the Democrats give out money so that whores can have abortion, okay?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And a Democrat does not, does not want any low-class person to get rich, and if a girl can make it and make it good, she\u2019s getting rich, so let\u2019s throw her in jail, let\u2019s trap here and throw her in jail.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, yeah, but you see, this is the point that I\u2019ve always made. When women or liberals say, ‘You can\u2019t tell me what I can do with my body. You can\u2019t have that kind of power.\u2019 We do, you\u2019re not allowed to be a prostitute. We have a law that you cannot be a prostitute, and there\u2019s a number of other things you can\u2019t do with your body, can\u2019t use it to kill somebody, unless it is your own baby fetus.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: So we do have these laws. So the whole argument that you can\u2019t tell a woman what she can and can\u2019t do with her body, that\u2019s absurd because we do.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly. So where is the choice? I\u2019m not getting it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I mean if they\u2019re going to be a prostitute, don\u2019t get caught. There\u2019s plenty of places to go do this and — look, you really think this woman is being put out because she\u2019s trying to get rich as a hooker?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, damn, she brings home more than I do, and I\u2019m working.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, have you thought about going into that line of work?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, no, no, no, no. Ha-ha. No. Sorry. I\u2019m what you call in love.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, no, no, I was not expressing a desire for any particular answer. I just was curious. So your basic point is women don\u2019t have choice?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No. I don\u2019t feel that they do. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Ah, women run the world. I don\u2019t understand. Women run the world. Half of them just don\u2019t know it, but they do.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, sure. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Right. Well, then you\u2019ve got choice.<\/p>\n

CALLER: No. No. Rush, no. We don\u2019t.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Come on, do you want to legalize prostitution? Is that what your point is?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I think if those girls keep themselves clean and go to the doctor, let \u2019em do what makes them money. If a guy wants to buy it, if he can\u2019t get it free, then he\u2019s got the problem, not her. <\/p>\n

RUSH: (Laughing) Oh geez.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Then on the other hand, where the women rule the world, that\u2019s only because men let them. It started back with Adam and Eve. If he stomped on her in the beginning, none of this would have happened. You know? I mean it\u2019s just like global warming, for crying out loud. They\u2019re getting it confused with evolution, you know? The whole political thing now has come down to stupidity.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What do you think about anything else?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Gee, I don\u2019t — I could — man, I could talk with you for hours.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019m enjoying this.<\/p>\n

CALLER: It\u2019s just pitiful though. It\u2019s pitiful to tell somebody that they have a choice but they don\u2019t.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, look, there are limits on choices everywhere. There are laws. There are societal norms, there are —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, yeah, well —<\/p>\n

RUSH: There is conscience. I mean, nobody has limitless choices out there.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Rush, every time you turn around they make a new law for something. I mean, we\u2019re going to be so bogged down with our laws that there is going to be no freedom someday.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes, that\u2019s exactly why when Congress goes on recess it\u2019s breathe-a-sigh-of-relief time.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, yeah, I know. (Laughing). And half them are — I mean, you got men up there who, I don\u2019t care what anybody says, they are the biggest criminals in the world up there in Congress making the rules for us. That is crazy. Kennedy shoulda never got away with the (deedle) that he\u2019s done in his past.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, gee, where\u2019s the deedle button? All right, you\u2019re losing control out there.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I am. <\/p>\n

RUSH: (Laughing.)<\/p>\n

CALLER: I am. I am just losing it. But, you know what? At least when I talk to you, I keep in some focus.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (Laughing.)<\/p>\n

CALLER: I listen to you —<\/p>\n

RUSH: You do?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. I listen to you daily so that I can keep the little thoughts that creep into my head intact.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (Laughing.) You\u2019re focused now, is what you\u2019re saying?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Every time I get ready to conclude the call (making explosion sound) back at me — yes, what were you saying?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I said, whenever I get them creeping in, I try to check back, oh, Rush said this, okay —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Get what creeping in?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Those thoughts.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, thoughts, thoughts. Those are dangerous things for women.<\/p>\n

CALLER: (Laughing.) Thanks.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You should be very careful of that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n
