The accusations were fought out and settled during the presidential campaign. But the opposition party is raising them again for political gain.<\/p>\n
Fortunately, there\u2019s a guidebook on how these allegations should be handled, and that is The Bill Clinton Playbook.<\/p>\n
First, and this is important to repeat over and over: None of these allegations affect how he does his job. As long as the president is doing what the American people elected him to do, that\u2019s all that matters.<\/p>\n
Second: Whatever happened is in the past and it\u2019s none of our business. It\u2019s a private matter between the president and his wife. If it doesn\u2019t bother her, who are we to judge?<\/p>\n
Third: Everybody does it! Besides, who knows if these allegations are even true. To quote a former presidential adviser: “if you drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you\u2019ll find.\u201d<\/p>\n
