The man who answered the phone argued with me. For 30 minutes he argued.<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/01125113.Par.89380.ImageFile.jpg\" width=\"212\" height=\"220\" class=\"alignright\"\/>RUSH: Well, that\u2019s okay. You don\u2019t expect them to bend over and grab the ankles just because a constituent calls, do you?<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>CALLER: Yeah.<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>RUSH: You do?<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>CALLER: Yeah. Yeah. I\u2019m a woman. I expect men to listen. Okay. No, I don\u2019t. But &#8212;<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>RUSH: You mean he wasn\u2019t even listening? Was he just arguing with you not letting you get a word in?<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>CALLER: He did let me get a word in.<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>RUSH: All right.<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>CALLER: You know, and whenever I talked about how the, you know, illegals need to obey our laws, he &#8212;<\/line><BR\/> <\/line><BR\/>RUSH: That\u2019s not the way to approach this. I should have mentioned this earlier. There are a couple things that are not going to go anywhere at this stage of the argument. If you start talking about they\u2019re breaking our laws, that\u2019s going to be met with indifference. You need to call these people and tell \u2019em you don\u2019t appreciate what Republicans are doing, if your senator is a Republican, or you don\u2019t appreciate what this legislation is going to do to the Republican Party and you don\u2019t like the way that this legislation, if passed, will tear down institutions that have defined this country\u2019s greatness. The lawbreaking thing, we\u2019ve been there, done that, and that\u2019s not going to persuade anybody. They\u2019ve already admitted that they\u2019re going to make \u2019em legal, as soon as they can. That\u2019s how they\u2019re going to get rid of that. They\u2019re not going to enforce the law with legislation. That\u2019s abundantly clear. So when you call them, you have to attack the legislation on different levels, as I have offered guidance today on this program. This is about destroying the Republican Party. This is about remaking and destroying institutions in this country, remaking it in the liberal vision. There\u2019s nothing conservative about it. I don\u2019t want to repeat myself in the first hour, but if you\u2019re going to just call and talk to these people, make sure that you get beyond the clich&amp;eacute;s &#8212; and I hate to say it\u2019s become a clich&amp;eacute;, but the fact that they\u2019re violating the law is a clich&amp;eacute; now. <\/line><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: Susan in Fort Smith, Arkansas, you\u2019re next on the EIB Network.
