Two committees &#8212; Devin Nunes and Peter King had a live press conference before the program &#8212; announced that they will be investigating the Uranium One deal. The House Intelligence Committee is the main investigation. They\u2019re working on getting the witness with the nondisclosure agreement released from it by Justice. This is FBI witness. And Trey Gowdy has announced he\u2019s opening an investigation into the DOJ exoneration of Hillary Clinton! And the Republicans are trying to move tax reform fast with a luncheon up there between Trump and Corker. So things are moving out there. Jeff Sessions says he\u2019s gonna find MS-13 and send \u2019em to the moon!<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: By the way, Sara Carter&#8230; You know, she used to share a byline with John Solomon at Circa News, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circa.com\/story\/2017\/10\/17\/national-security\/the-fbi-uncovered-russian-nuclear-kickback-scheme-months-before-the-obama-administration-passed-uranium-one-deal-with-moscow\">and I think she\u2019s still at Circa News<\/a>. Solomon has moved on to TheHill.com. These two are uncovering things that nobody else in the mainstream media is even approaching. One of the things both (now under separate bylines) have been digging into is the collusion story involving American uranium, 20% of the stock ending up in Russia via collusion between the Clintons and their foundation, a Canadian broker, and Obama administration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-251602\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/600-102017-Obama-Hillary-Bill.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/600-102017-Obama-Hillary-Bill.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/600-102017-Obama-Hillary-Bill-300x180.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>And they\u2019re digging deep. Sara Carter last night said there\u2019s an FBI witness who wants to talk. He\u2019s a confidential informant and he\u2019s under an NDA, a nondisclosure agreement, and the FBI won\u2019t let him out of it, which is suspicious into and unto itself. Now, this all happened when Eric Holder was the attorney general, which meant that whoever was over the FBI worked for Holder, and this investigation was taking place, and now it looks&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/daily\/2017\/10\/23\/my-theory-on-the-mueller-investigation\/\">said yesterday<\/a>, I think part of the reason for the Mueller investigation is to find out the dangers that reside in this investigation and maybe ignore them or cover them up. &#8216;Cause this is real collusion, and it involves the Clintons and Obama and the State Department. (I said Department of Justice. The State Department.) Hillary was secretary of state and American uranium supply&#8230; The Clintons were personally enriched (chuckles) along with the uranium. They ended up getting a lot of money personally, Clinton making speeches and the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>So the FBI has this witness that Congress wants to talk to. The FBI will not let him out of the nondisclosure agreement. Sara Carter said last night that this guy, this confidential informant witness has tapes (that would be audio), and that he has emails and phone calls with evidence that ties the Clintons to this uranium deal, that this guy\u2019s got it. That\u2019s why these two new investigations announced today by the House. They want to get to the bottom of this.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Hillary\u2019s out there saying, like she says about Bill\u2019s sexual harassment, &#8220;Well, that\u2019s been litigated. That\u2019s old news! You can\u2019t talk about my husband the same way we\u2019re talking about Trump \u2019cause that\u2019s old news. Everybody knows about that.&#8221; No, no, no. Well, she\u2019s trying to say the same thing about this: &#8220;Yeah, this uranium thing? That\u2019s old news. That was part of the campaign.&#8221; Now, Devin Nunes, who is the chairman of the Intelligence Committee along with Schiff &#8212; you know, Pencil Neck Schiff, the Democrat ranking member.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-227712\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Nunes-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"235\" height=\"230\" \/>Devin Nunes said that if the FBI does not let this guy out of his NDA, nondisclosure agreement, he\u2019s gonna subpoena him. They are going to talk to this guy. They\u2019re gonna get their questions answered. Now, the witness apparently (according to Sara Carter) wants to testify but can\u2019t. Now, I mentioned yesterday that&#8230; No, I had a friend send me a note about this when he first learned the crux of what I just passed on, and his question to me was, &#8220;My gosh, will anything happen on this? Should we get excited about this?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I said, &#8220;It just depends on whether Jeff Sessions want to pursue it, because this is a DOJ matter.&#8221; I can\u2019t&#8230; I don\u2019t know why&#8230; You know, Sessions is making a big deal yesterday about going after the criminal gang MS-13, which, I mean, fine and dandy, but it struck me kind of crazy \u2019cause MS-13 has not been on the front page lately, not been on the radar. They\u2019re a bad bunch, don\u2019t misunderstand.
