RUSH: Get this. President Clinton is a big fan of \u201924.\u2019 Everybody wants to get in the act. ‘President Bill Clinton is a big fan of \u201924\u2019 even though ‘an uber right-wing guy\u2019 produces the Emmy-winning political thriller. Clinton told TV advertisers Friday that his favorite show is the medical drama ‘Grey\u2019s Anatomy,\u2019 and he appreciates ‘Boston Legal\u2019 for the dynamic between William Shatner and James Spader. ‘It\u2019s something to behold,\u2019 he said.\u2019<\/p>\n

I have to tell you, I\u2019m a little worried because these are three of my favorite shows. I used to make fun of Grey\u2019s Anatomy but you get hooked on it. ‘As for \u201924,\u2019 which was co-created by noted Republican Joel Surnow, Clinton said he enjoys the fact that conservatives and liberals alike can be the bad guys in the show. ‘They\u2019re trying to be fair,\u2019 Clinton said. His other must-see TV shows include ‘All in the Family,\u2019 ‘I Love Lucy,\u2019 ‘The Andy Griffith Show\u2019 and ‘Bonanza\u2019 — all of which air on TV Land, which sponsored his appearance.\u2019<\/p>\n

Now, folks, does anybody believe this? There was Hillary out in Beverly Hills over the weekend raising 2.6 large. Does anybody think Bill Clinton\u2019s at home watching Andy Griffith and Barney Fife? (Laughing.) Of course, the Drive-Bys are just eating this up. Clinton says, (doing Clinton impression) ‘My wife\u2019s away a lot out there. She\u2019s on the campaign trail. So I\u2019m home alone a lot, and I\u2019m particularly grateful to TV Land for giving me something to do at night.\u2019<\/p>\n

Jeez. Can you believe this? (laughing)<\/p>\n
