I\u2019m glad you called. What\u2019s up?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I tell you what, I\u2019m so happy to have you answer the phone. It was just like a dream come true. Anyway, I was listening to you yesterday and earlier today talking about Nancy Pelosi\u2019s town hall meeting. And I really think that it was staged. If you saw the meeting from the beginning &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You think it was staged?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-248103\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/650-051517-EIB-Callers-FEMALE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/650-051517-EIB-Callers-FEMALE.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/650-051517-EIB-Callers-FEMALE-300x144.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><br \/>\nCALLER: I do.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: And why was it staged?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, if you look at the whole thing, at the beginning Nancy\u2019s talking at the podium and she\u2019s got a whole group of people sitting nicely on chairs in front of her, and they\u2019re talking. And then the camera pans to the right, and you can see these young adults over there standing, and they start marching in on her. Now, they all have little papers they\u2019re reading from. The one girl\u2019s saying one thing and then they all repeat it, and it was staged. Nancy didn\u2019t have her usual look of threat, you know, like when she\u2019s confronted. She usually has this look &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Wait a minute. Pelosi always has those gigantic deer-in-the-headlight eyes.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I know.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You can\u2019t tell whether, but wait, wait. Hold just a second here.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Because the camera turned to these people before they started moving, you think they were in on it, too?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yes. They were.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Let\u2019s listen to it. We have the sound bite in question here that Mary Jane thinks was actually a staged and scripted event. This was Monday, San Francisco, Pelosi held a press conference to urge passage of the DREAM Act so that the DACA kids would be allowed legally to stay.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XTWJ8kwHaok\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>PELOSI: For a long time we\u2019ve been fighting the fight for the DREAMers.<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: We\u2019re not DREAMers!<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: We\u2019re not DREAMers! We\u2019re not DREAMers! We\u2019re not DREAMers!<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: All 11 million!<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE PROTESTER: All 11 million!<\/p>\n<p>PELOSI: Do you want to \u2014 do you want to hear an answer or do you just want to shout?<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: All 11 million. All 11 million. All 11 million. All 11 million.<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: You have the audacity\u2026<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: You have the audacity\u2026<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: \u2026to tell us\u2026<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: \u2026to tell us\u2026<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: \u2026that you have been fighting deportation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: \u2026that you have been fighting deportation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>PELOSI: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes, I am. Yes, I am. You do not\u2026<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>UNIDENTIFIED MALE PROTESTER: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>PELOSI: You don\u2019t know\u2026<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: You are a liar!<\/p>\n<p>PELOSI: \u2026what you\u2019re talking about.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Were you able to hear all that? Were you able to hear them say &#8220;you\u2019re a liar, you\u2019re a liar?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I did.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: &#8220;All 11 million, all 11 million.&#8221; And she says, &#8220;You don\u2019t know what you\u2019re talking about.&#8221; You think the whole thing was staged, scripted, it was a performance?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: It was. It\u2019s a thing, a bargaining chip &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: For what purpose?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; that she\u2019s gonna use in order to &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What purpose?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-248149\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Illegals-Undocumented-Democrats.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/>CALLER: Well, she\u2019s gonna use this as a bargaining chip at the end so that they can get as many people on amnesty. The people that voted for Trump, we don\u2019t really have a problem with giving these kids that were brought here at a very young age to maybe get some kind of a something. But to get all their family and make them all citizens, we\u2019ve already done this once. We did it back with Reagan, I think it was. And they promised a wall then. We have a real serious problem here.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Right. Now, that was 1986. That was Simpson-Mazzoli and we amnetized or anesthetized, if you will, about three million, and with the assurance they\u2019re gonna secure the border and it was never gonna happen again. And of course now we\u2019re up &#8212; they say 12 million. It\u2019s gotta be much more than that.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I\u2019m sure it is.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Now, one other thing here. There\u2019s another aspect of this that\u2019s just caught on that people now just routinely say that I am suspicious of. They were all brought here as young children and didn\u2019t know what was happening. It\u2019s not their fault. Tim Cook from Apple. Hell, everybody\u2019s out there saying this. We don\u2019t know who these people are. They\u2019re not all kids, as it turns out. You\u2019re right about that. They keep telling you it\u2019s 800,000, some of them came on the trains from Central America a year ago without their parents.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: But when you say they\u2019re children and we can\u2019t round up children, there is not a single country in the world that permits illegal alien children to stay and become citizens, not a single country. And there\u2019s a reason for it. If they did, then no other restriction would matter because you couldn\u2019t keep a child out if that were the law. And that\u2019s the dangerous thing about this. But I\u2019m still fascinated you think the whole thing was scripted and she was in on it &#8212;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-248150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/ImmigrationsInvasionOfAmerica-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"585\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/ImmigrationsInvasionOfAmerica-1.jpg 585w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/ImmigrationsInvasionOfAmerica-1-300x138.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 585px) 100vw, 585px\" \/>CALLER: If you watch the whole thing. That part that you played was after the fact. Those people had all swarmed in from the side. If you get the beginning of that, there\u2019s a whole bunch of people just sitting in chairs. And these people were off to the right side all standing there. And they swarmed on her. I don\u2019t know they probably &#8212; now you don\u2019t see that anymore. You don\u2019t see that part. And the thing of it is, if you see the whole thing, it was definitely staged. And Nancy was not surprised, like her eyes aren\u2019t bulging out like they usually are.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You may have a point on one thing. A lot of people would have to be paid to swarm Nancy Pelosi. That\u2019s something they would not do on their own. But I get your point. The whole thing is staged. The left does pay protesters. I mean, half of Occupy Wall Street was employees. Black Lives Matter, a lot of these are George Soros financed and bused in people, some of them are. But you think the purpose of this was to anesthetize much more than just kids?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yes. Oh, yes, they want their parents and their grandparents and their uncles and their aunts and their, you know, the ones that are still left &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, why protest Democrats? Why protest Pelosi, then?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, it\u2019s just so that she can say, &#8220;Look what they &#8211;&#8221; Believe me, hey, I listen to you, I\u2019ve been listening to you since you were on TV. And I just love you, Rush, and I love all your group, but the thing of it is I really do think that the Democrats, the upper echelon Democrats, they don\u2019t do anything that they don\u2019t know what\u2019s gonna happen. They don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I understand your thinking, that this kind of thing could have been prevented, that spontaneous things like this are never spontaneous, particularly when they happen to Republicans. The downside of this is, it\u2019s not how it\u2019s been reported. The way people saw this, aside from the very highly attuned and aware like you, most people saw this, &#8220;My God, these people mad at Democrats. They\u2019re mad at Chuck and Nancy.&#8221; Which they don\u2019t see that. Democrats don\u2019t get protested this way.<\/p>\n<p>So your view probably is special and a little bit minority view in terms of numbers. But I will ponder it. Because elements of what you say are absolutely true in terms of history. They do organize, they do practice, rehearse. They do pay protesters to come in. There are scripts. I\u2019m glad you called.
