This isn\u2019t hard to do. You either pass the repeal and you send it to the House and repeal it, even if it doesn\u2019t replace, it\u2019s real simple to do. The fact is they don\u2019t really want to do what would have to be done, that they voted seven times to do.<\/p>\n
Now, there\u2019s a press conference, they\u2019re all out describing their progress and what they hope to do and they\u2019re talking mandates and minutia. Don\u2019t sweat it.
