Howard Dean ?? where has he been? ?Howard Dean and Ramona Martinez, chair of the Democratic National Committee\u2019s Hispanic caucus, sent a letter to the GOP chairman asking him to put a halt to the events. &#8216;These despicable tactics have no place in our public discourse or on our college campuses,\u2019 the letter said. The game is a variation of hide and seek, with one player posing as an illegal immigrant and everyone else trying to find the person. The winner usually gets a prize. Tracy Schmitt, a spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee, said &#8216;we find these activities both egregious and offensive and condemn them wholeheartedly.\u2019? <emphasize>She what?<\/emphasize> ?She noted the College Republicans are independent of the RNC: &#8216;We do not control their activities.\u2019? <emphasize>She said what? <\/emphasize> We find these activities he greets and offensive and condemn them wholeheartedly? <\/line><BR\/>What is the purpose of a University, is it not for the exchange of ideas? This is the exact kind of thing that ought to be going on on numerous college campi for the express purpose of promoting discussion about this. But typical of the left they don\u2019t want to hear it, so these people have to shut up. The College Republicans have to shut up.
