It is not in the EIB Store<\/a> yet. It requires a renewal or a new subscription, and I\u2019m already getting complaint e-mails about this. <\/line> ?How come I can\u2019t just buy one? I\u2019m already a subscriber.? <\/line>It\u2019s called marketing. This is not new to us here at the EIB Network. We have always used premiums to entice new subscribers, and that\u2019s what this is. We still have the T-shirts that you can go to the EIB Store and get without <\/emphasize>a subscription. They also commemorate my nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize, and of course the Club Gitmo line of licensed merchandise is still thriving. So there\u2019s a lot of stuff. The mugs are popular, and I understand some of the frustration. <\/line>?I just subscribed last month!”<\/line>“I just renewed!? <\/line>Well, it\u2019s just the way things happen. I sympathize. I really sympathize with you. (interruption) What do you mean, I “don\u2019t sound too sympathetic”? I\u2019m trying to be honest. I\u2019m not going to sit here and say, ?Oh, I feel so sorry for you,? or anything like that. I want to be honest and explain the policies and the procedures here. <\/line>We\u2019re not trying to exclude anyone. I shouldn\u2019t even mention it. I just shouldn\u2019t. Because all that happens is that people want to know why people who have recently renewed, have to renew again in order to get the mug. These things happen spontaneously. This are not scheduled. We didn\u2019t have a big meeting at the end of last year and say, ?Okay, on the week of February 26th we\u2019re going to introduce a Nobel Peace Prize mug,? because we didn\u2019t know <\/emphasize>at the end of last year that I was going to be nominated for that prestigious prize.
