Rush, mega dittos from Michigan where evidently global warming hasn\u2019t reached us yet.<\/line><BR\/>RUSH: Well, hang tough, sir, it\u2019s coming.<\/line><BR\/>CALLER: I\u2019ve been a conservative all my life, but I want you to know you\u2019re a breath of fresh air in today\u2019s world. I served in Vietnam 1966, \u201967, with the intent to win the war, and as you know how that war went. I just spent my lifetime, I\u2019ve looked over my 60 years here and realized that there\u2019s been the Korean War, which was a draw a line and pull out war, the Vietnam War where we drew a line but then eventually had to pull out, and now we\u2019re in this Iraq situation where it\u2019s just a pullout. And my question to you is &#8212;<\/line><BR\/>RUSH: Yes.<\/line><BR\/>CALLER: &#8212; how do you bring resolve back into a nation?<\/line><BR\/>RUSH: Well, I believe that the American people respond to leadership. I think that\u2019s why we have our system? We elect leaders. That\u2019s what we think we\u2019re doing, particularly high national office. So we would very easily bring back resolve if we just go win. The American people want the enemy to suffer. They want the enemy to be defeated here. A show of resolve, coupled by the action that would accompany it to bring this off would bring back resolve.
