(interruption) Okay. Well, give me a minute here.<\/p>\n<p>Did she know what she was doing or was it a faux pas slip&#8230;? (interruption) She was confused? Really? Ah. Here it is now. &#8220;Ruth Bader Ginsburg Confuses Lindsey Graham for a Woman.&#8221; Hmm. &#8220;Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg erroneously labeled South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham as one of the &#8216;women of the Senate\u2019 on Monday. Ginsburg\u2019s misstatement came in her remarks upon accepting an Allegheny College award given to her and the late Justice Antonin Scalia for civility in public life.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4-SLfnEOSek\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>&#8220;Hours after Justice Neil Gorsuch was sworn in to replace Scalia, Ginsburg took to the podium in calling on lawmakers to work together, but mistakenly identified South Carolina\u2019s senior senator as a woman. &#8216;I thought back to the 1993 confirmation of my nomination to the court &#8212; the hearing was altogether civil, the vote was 96 to 3. For Justice Scalia, the vote was unanimous,\u2019 Ginsburg said. &#8216;Let\u2019s hope members of Congress, the members that Allegheny College has already honored &#8212; Vice President Joe Biden and Senator John McCain, the women of the Senate, Senators Dianne Feinstein and Lindsey Graham&#8230;'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ha! (laughing) She really did. (laughing) The women of the Senate. It\u2019s not that she just identified him as a woman.
