Joel partnered with the McLaughlin group not long ago to do a massive nationwide poll of the American people and their thoughts on ISIS.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1496406168?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=theofficiw0c2-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=1496406168\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-225802 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/BookRosenberg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/BookRosenberg.jpg 252w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/BookRosenberg-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/a>How big a threat do you think ISIS is? Are we beating ISIS? Are we even engaging ISIS? Is ISIS okay? Is ISIS bad? Are we winning? Are we losing? He called me and said, &#8220;Would you like to add a question to the survey?&#8221; And I said, &#8220;Really?&#8221; He said, &#8220;Yeah.&#8221; I said, &#8220;Okay. Ask the respondents if they fear climate change or ISIS the most.&#8221; It was a joke question! He said, &#8220;It\u2019s a great question; I\u2019ll put it in there,&#8221; and he did. And you know what? A majority of Americans fear climate change more than they do ISIS, according to Joel\u2019s poll.<\/p>\n<p>Ha! I think everybody that was&#8230; I mean, Joel thought I was cracking a joke when I wanted the question in there. And I said, &#8220;Joel, you\u2019ll be surprised here. I mean, the left has been pushing this issue far more than they\u2019ve been pushing ISIS. Climate change is considered a greater threat by a majority of Americans than is ISIS.&#8221; So Joel\u2019s got the poll. He\u2019s got a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/opinion\/2017\/03\/16\/are-winning-or-losing-war-with-isis.html\" target=\"_blank\">piece at Fox News today<\/a> analyzing and reporting on the poll results.<\/p>\n<p>It is designed to coincide with his new book, which was released on Tuesday. And, again, all of this is being done on the basis that there really isn\u2019t a heightened awareness or concern or &#8212; not fear, but &#8212; an alertness to the threat that we face from Islamic jihadists, be it ISIS or Al-Qaeda or whoever. And clearly the Democrat Party and their judicial branch, they\u2019re willing to roll the dice. It found 63% of liberal Americans believe &#8220;the threat of climate change is greater than the threat of Iran and ISIS obtaining weapons of mass destruction.&#8221;\u00a0 Of liberal Americans, Democrats think climate change is a greater threat than Islamic terrorism.<\/p>\n<p>Less than 10% of the American people believe we are engaged in a war against Islam.\u00a0 That\u2019s big, that less than 10% believe that we\u2019re engaged in a war on Islam, because the judge claims the exact opposite. Trump\u2019s trying to wipe Islam out, keep \u2019em from coming into the country and so forth.\u00a0 Forty-one percent of Americans believe we\u2019re losing the war against the Islamic State.\u00a0 Twenty-five percent say they\u2019re not sure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: Joel\u2019s got a piece at Fox News today analyzing and reporting on the poll results.
