RUSH: What do you mean, troublemaker? Define “troublemaker.” Public protester, slash, rioter?<\/p>\nRUSH: We have a guy on the phone here from San Luis Obispo, California. He claims to be one of the paid activists that is making trouble at places like Trump and Republican town halls and public ceremonies, and he\u2019s called to talk to us about this. His name is Bob. Bob, Mr. Snerdley swears that you\u2019re on the level here, that you\u2019re not trying to play a mean trick on the host. So welcome to the program. I\u2019ll tell you up front, it\u2019s great to have you here. What can you tell us about what you do and why do you want to reveal this?<\/p>\n
CALLER: Well, I\u2019m not really anti-Trump. I\u2019m working for workers. I\u2019m a troublemaker, though. That\u2019s my — and I was a troublemaker for many years, say from \u201967 to \u201989, but since then I haven\u2019t been in demand, and now that Trump is president, I\u2019m suddenly in demand again. They need —<\/p>\n
RUSH: What do you mean, troublemaker? Define “troublemaker.” Public protester, slash, rioter?<\/p>\n
CALLER: Well, no, I wouldn\u2019t say — Troublemaker, you know, I organize, like, for instance, demonstrations.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Maybe sick-outs —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Right, you mean like showing up at a George Allen event and making sure he calls you Macaca?<\/p>\n
CALLER: No, no. I don\u2019t really deal with political stuff. I deal with mainly public employee unions or private unions.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay. Now, the SEIU is one of the primary organizers and paymasters of all of these town hall protesters, so when you say unions, I think you\u2019re on the —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. I have worked for SEIU in the past. But that is, I worked on the Stanford Hospital unionization project —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n
CALLER: — in Stanford, California, or I mean, in Palo Alto, California.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Right, Stanford University, Palo Alto.<\/p>\n
CALLER: My last good job was for United Teachers of Los Angeles in 1989. Since then I\u2019ve been basically — I\u2019ve had to, like, work, try to make trouble at places where I actually worked versus, you know, somebody paying me —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Bob, there was all kinds of trouble making going on during the eight years of George W. Bush. You couldn\u2019t find a troublemaker job?<\/p>\n
CALLER: No, there was nothing for me, nothing. Nothing. I couldn\u2019t, you know — ah, there was a few, but it was like, you know, I helped with some things. But basically —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay. Let me see if I understand. You\u2019re doing this just to do it. You\u2019re not invested emotionally in one side or the other; you\u2019re just hired to show up and make trouble, and you say, “Okay, fine, I\u2019ll do it”?<\/p>\n
CALLER: No, no. I\u2019m a worker. You know, I work for workers, so to speak. I mean, I don\u2019t just do it to do it. It\u2019s my calling in life.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay, if somebody hired you to do a protest, a Democrat town hall, would you go and do it?<\/p>\n
CALLER: No. I don\u2019t think so. Well, I mean, I work for a living. But basically, no, that isn\u2019t my job, I don\u2019t —<\/p>\n
RUSH: But you will show up at a Republican town hall and make trouble there?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No. I\u2019m not a town hall guy. I work outside, you know, I work for workers and workers\u2019 organizations. I don\u2019t work for the Democratic Party. I don\u2019t work for — I mean maybe sometimes — for instance, I don\u2019t know if you know it, but that Adam Schiff used to work for UTLA. He was working for them in I believe 1989. I\u2019m not sure exactly. I don\u2019t remember him being very active in the strike, but I know he was there soon after the strike or — anyway, before he was elected as a congressman, he worked for United Teachers Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
RUSH: I know. I know. I\u2019m well aware of his biography.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Yeah. Well, so, anyway, that\u2019s the kind of work I do is — like I said, I go door to door; I make picket signs or buy pickets, buy buttons, things like that.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Yeah. But who are the targets? Do you have one specific group like Republicans or conservatives, or is it wherever they send you?<\/p>\n
CALLER: No. No, it\u2019s not. I don\u2019t target political parties. We target, you know, like, for instance, I once worked for the Los Angeles Police Department. This is after them and the sheriff arrested me countless times. Then they hired me to organize and assist in —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n
CALLER: — you know, their organization to —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n
CALLER: — make them more —<\/p>\n
