RUSH:  Fake news<\/a> is what the news is today.  You don\u2019t have to go looking for it. You don\u2019t have to go looking for it in blogs. You don\u2019t have to go looking for it in obscure websites.  <\/p>\n

Just turn on your favorite news network or tune into or listen to or watch, read your favorite newspaper.  And fake news abounds.  “Hands up, don\u2019t shoot,” fake news.  George Zimmerman, “white Hispanic,” fake news.  A video caused the terrorism at Benghazi, fake news.  The Democrats lost because the Russians hacked the election, fake news!  But it\u2019s not stopping Obama from conducting an official investigation into how the Russians hacked our election. <\/p>\n

Now, I don\u2019t actually mind that because the more these people end up in denial and the more they keep lying to themselves about why they lost, the greater length of time it\u2019s gonna be before they modify.  If they\u2019re content to still have people like Pelosi out there as the face of the Democrat Party, and, if Hillary Clinton and Obama are not gonna go away, continue to be the face of the Democrat Party, bring it on.  The longer these people continue to live in denial about why they lost, that just means the longer it\u2019s gonna be before they start making the changes they have to make if they\u2019re gonna win elections at the local level again, which is where they\u2019re gonna have to go.  <\/line><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s go to the audio sound bites on this.  Hillary Clinton.  This was late yesterday afternoon in Washington on Capitol Hill.  Her bash was last night for her donors, right?  Yeah, two things, the Harry Reid thing, but when is this party for her donors?  I thought it was last night or tonight or maybe it\u2019s next Wednesday.  I\u2019ve been confused about the date.  But the interesting thing about that, here\u2019s Donald Trump running around doing free rallies, and his purpose is to thank the people who voted for him and to continue explain his agenda.  <\/p>\n

What he\u2019s doing is brilliant, folks.  I don\u2019t care what you think of Trump, I don\u2019t care what you think of his agenda, I don\u2019t care if you\u2019re a Never Trumper, Republican establishment, Democrat, you\u2019re watching a master at work in Donald Trump. I don\u2019t care if you disagree with what he\u2019s doing, saying, you\u2019re watching a master.  <\/p>\n

Okay, December 15th is her party.  Okay.  So in six days.  <\/p>\n

He is reinforcing why they elected him.  He\u2019s thanking them.  He is explaining his agenda day in and day out.  Remember the mistake the Republicans made in 1994.  They stopped teaching after they won the House.  They assumed everybody had gone conservative, the whole country had gone conservative.  Trump is making no assumptions.  He knows exactly why he won, and he\u2019s going around continually reminding people, and he\u2019s going to these states that the Democrats laugh at and make fun of.  He\u2019s going to the states where many of his cabinet picks are from.  <\/p>\n

And, meanwhile, the Democrats are sitting out there in their usual huddles lying to themselves about why they lost, and it has nothing to do with them.  No, no, no, no.  Fake News, the Russians, stupid voters, Trump lied, any number of things.  Except the truth.  And here\u2019s Hillary.  She went up to the Harry Reid photo or portrait unveiling and good-bye to Harry Reid.  <\/p>\n

And I\u2019m told that when she was seen walking into this thing, that young women in the capitol literally started crying.  “Hillary! (wailing) Thank you for… (crying) Oh, my, what could have been! (sobbing)  I haven\u2019t had sex since the election!  (blubbering)” They\u2019re saying that, by the way.  No sex.  They\u2019re even writing it, some babe at The Atlantic or whoever it was. I don\u2019t know, “I haven\u2019t had sex since the election, and it\u2019s Trump\u2019s fault.”  Well, I don\u2019t if it\u2019s on strike.  They\u2019re just a special kind of stupid!  They\u2019re in the throes of depression.  You know what other young women are doing?  They\u2019re dyeing their hair black instead of wearing veils, lamenting the defeat of Hillary Clinton.  <\/p>\n

Anyway, here\u2019s Hillary on Capitol Hill speaking at the unveiling ceremony of the Dingy Harry portrait… <\/p>\n

HILLARY: (haltingly) …the epidemic of malicious fake news and false propaganda that flooded social media over him the past year. It\u2019s now clear that so-called fake news can have real world consequences.  Lives are at risk.  Bipartisan legislation is making its way through Congress to boost the government\u2019s response to foreign propaganda, and Silicon Valley is starting to grapple with the challenge and threat of fake news.  It\u2019s imperative that leaders in both the private sector and the public sector step up to protect our democracy and innocent lives. <\/p>\n
