Dingy Harry has a friend who told him this.&nbsp; Comey is not breaking the law. He\u2019s not breaking the Hatch Act.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4jH_DBR4pSI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Now, look, I\u2019m gonna get into all this because it\u2019s fun, but the bottom line is, which is all everybody wants to know, I played golf over the weekend and everybody is asking, &#8220;Is it gonna have any impact on the election?&#8221;&nbsp; Of course it is. And as I say, all you have to know, all you have to do to know that is listen to the Democrats caterwaul and whine and moan.&nbsp; Why, it was just a couple months ago that James Comey was the greatest FBI director ever.&nbsp; It was just a couple months ago that James Comey was a paragon of virtue, a paragon of integrity.&nbsp; And now look.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I guess none of that was true.&nbsp; I guess it\u2019s not operative any longer.&nbsp; They are worried to death on the Hillary side.&nbsp; They\u2019ve nominated somebody that\u2019s under constant FBI investigation, and there are four different investigations into the Clinton Foundation.&nbsp; Do not doubt me when I tell you that within the inner circles of the Democrat Party they are very worried about this. Even if she gets elected they\u2019re very worried about it, because of what it portends for her presidency.&nbsp; This woman is corrupt.&nbsp; She and her husband are constantly engaged in things that place them under investigation, for 30 years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">This is what you get with the Clintons because of the way the Clintons operate.&nbsp; And Mrs. Clinton, let me just spell it out for you, before I &#8212; I want to get started on Trump.&nbsp; Trump is targeting blue states.&nbsp; I saw that last night and bells and whistles went off.&nbsp; <\/line><img id=\"eZObject_129765\" class=\"img_middle\" align=\"middle\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/HillMugShot-Huma-B2.jpg\"\/><line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">That\u2019s fascinating to me that Trump &#8212; \u2019cause wasn\u2019t it just last week we heard that Hillary was going into the red states.&nbsp; Yeah, what did that mean?&nbsp; That meant it was so bad for Trump that Hillary\u2019s going in there to close it out and wrap up the down ballot vote for the House and the Senate.&nbsp; Now Trump\u2019s in the blue states.&nbsp; You don\u2019t think it matters?&nbsp; Stand by.&nbsp;<\/line>\n<p>Why are we where we are?&nbsp; As for the election, Mrs. Clinton, Hillary Clinton is under this cloud of suspicion, not because of the FBI, not because of James Comey.&nbsp; Hillary Clinton is where she is precisely because of her own behavior.&nbsp; Hillary Clinton is under investigation because of her own egregious misconduct.&nbsp; My friend Andy McCarthy used to work at the U.S. attorney\u2019s office, Southern District, Manhattan.&nbsp; He tried the blind sheik, lead lawyer.&nbsp; Targets, persons of interest, subjects generally have no right to know whether an investigation\u2019s open or closed.&nbsp; They have no right to know either then or now.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Clinton\u2019s demanding that Comey come forward and produce everything.&nbsp; Of course she would love to know.&nbsp; She has no right to know.&nbsp; No suspect has a right to know.&nbsp; Prosecution doesn\u2019t have to lay out all the cards on the table before you go to trial.&nbsp; She has no right to know it now; she had no right to know it then.&nbsp; Like any other criminal suspect, which is what she is, along with Huma Abedin and Weiner, 650,000 emails, folks, joint emails on a joint computer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Can you imagine those FBI agents in there dealing with Huma and Weiner\u2019s computer?&nbsp; How many pairs of latex gloves did they have to wear in order to be investigating?&nbsp; In fact, ladies and gentlemen, our cameras and microphones are everywhere, and we have a behind-the-scenes of the FBI dealing with this very thing.&nbsp; We\u2019ll get to it later.&nbsp; I\u2019ll just finish my thought here that the Democrat Party could have nominated anybody, but they stuck with Hillary Clinton because they owed her.&nbsp; You know the drill on that.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_129772\" class=\"img_middle\" align=\"middle\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Hillary-Gets-Away-B.jpg\"\/><line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">They chose, in other words, to nominate the subject of a criminal investigation.&nbsp; This criminal investigation has been going on for a long time, not just the emails, but the Clinton Foundation.&nbsp; This is all on the Democrats.&nbsp; Everything they are facing today is all on them.&nbsp; Comey is not to blame.&nbsp;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>Now, speaking of how things turn around, you remember how up until Friday, Comey was probably the most beloved hero of the news media and the rest of the Democrat Party? And now? Now his name is worse than mud, and a lot of people are reminding us&#8230; You know, frankly I had forgotten about this.&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/flashback-bill-clinton-cheered-11th-hour-indictment-that-doomed-bush-re-election\/article\/2606000\">&nbsp;I wonder how many of you had forgotten<\/a>.&nbsp; In 1992, George H. W. Bush was facing Clinton, and a week before that election, Caspar Weinberger was indicted by Lawrence Walsh, a special prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>The timing was totally manufactured and totally suspicious, and nothing ever came of it.&nbsp; But you had a member of the Bush cabinet, Caspar Weinberger, indicted by a Democrat special prosecutor, Lawrence Walsh, and there is no question that that had a tremendous impact on the election.&nbsp; The Democrats running around saying, &#8220;Oh, this is unprecedented! It\u2019s undemocratic. We don\u2019t tamper with elections prior to elections like this!&#8221; They did. The Democrats do all this and more. In fact, this is a little bit of tit-for-tat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_129774\" class=\"img_right\" align=\"right\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/515175302_large.jpg\"\/><line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">A lot of roosters are coming home &#8212; chickens coming home to roost here, as far as the Democrats are concerned. &nbsp;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>The Washington Post headline: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/national-security\/clinton-aide-huma-abedin-has-told-people-she-doesnt-know-how-her-emails-wound-up-on-her-husbands-computer\/2016\/10\/29\/1d30c2b8-9e15-11e6-a0ed-ab0774c1eaa5_story.html\">&#8220;Clinton Aide Huma Abedin Has Told People She Doesn\u2019t Know How Her Emails Wound Up On Her Husband\u2019s Computer.&#8221;<\/a> All right.&nbsp; Forget the substance of that.&nbsp; This, to me, indicates that there\u2019s something serious going on here.&nbsp; For Huma to be telling people she doesn\u2019t know how her emails wound up on her husband\u2019s computer, it\u2019s different from saying, &#8220;There\u2019s nothing there.&nbsp; There\u2019s nothing to see.&#8221; &nbsp;But instead she\u2019s saying, &#8220;I don\u2019t know how my emails ended up on his computer.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This guy that she was or still, I guess, is married to is just a creep.&nbsp; This guy you want nowhere near anything serious, and apparently he has as much knowledge of what she\u2019s doing as she does, and this has got to have that campaign in an absolute uproar over how this could have happened.&nbsp; But instead of her going out and saying, &#8220;There\u2019s nothing there. I don\u2019t care what they think they\u2019ve got, Hillary, there\u2019s nothing there,&#8221; instead she\u2019s saying, &#8220;I don\u2019t know how my emails ended up there.&#8221;&nbsp; The dog ate my homework type of stuff there.&nbsp; There is something here, has to be, based on Huma\u2019s reaction to it.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:&nbsp; No.&nbsp; It\u2019s very clear to me.&nbsp; Let me repeat this.&nbsp; This is the Washington Post headline, and it\u2019s from two days ago: &#8220;Clinton Aide Huma Abedin Has Told People She Doesn\u2019t Know How Her Emails Wound up on Her Husband\u2019s Computer.&#8221;&nbsp; Folks, that\u2019s all we need to know that it\u2019s serious.&nbsp; If there was nothing on her husband\u2019s computer &#8212; if these 650,000 e-mails, whatever number of emails, if there\u2019s nothing to see there &#8212; Huma Abedin would be telling people, &#8220;There\u2019s nothing there.&nbsp; They can look all they want.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_129778\" class=\"img_middle\" align=\"middle\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/HumaHillaryWeiner.jpg\"\/><line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">&#8220;There\u2019s nothing on there! I told the truth; I got rid of everything of mine.&nbsp; If this is my husband\u2019s, I haven\u2019t the slightest idea what\u2019s on there, but I\u2019m not worried.&#8221;&nbsp; She didn\u2019t say any of that.&nbsp; She\u2019s out there telling people she doesn\u2019t know how her emails wound up on her husband\u2019s computer.&nbsp; Now, what they\u2019re trying to do with this&#8230; This is the dead giveaway. That Washington Post headline tells me that the Democrats, the Hillary campaign is trying to use Huma\u2019s alleged cluelessness as a decoy.&nbsp;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not just to portray Huma as an innocent victim of Carlos Danger.&nbsp; It\u2019s to remove her intent to commit crimes.&nbsp; That\u2019s what they\u2019re trying to do.&nbsp; (stammering) &#8220;I &#8212; I &#8212; I don\u2019t know how it&#8230;&#8221;&nbsp; The headline is an admission by the Clinton crime family that what the FBI has is real and just as damning as Comey\u2019s letter implies &#8212; and what it could be, I don\u2019t know.&nbsp; It could be she\u2019s committed perjury.&nbsp; She told the FBI she had given them everything.&nbsp; She told the FBI she had destroyed everything.&nbsp; Now they found who knows what and is her answer, &#8220;I got rid of it all!&nbsp; There\u2019s nothing. I don\u2019t care what they\u2019ve got.&nbsp; It\u2019s nothing&#8221;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No.<\/p>\n<p>Her answer is, &#8220;I don\u2019t know how those emails got on my husband\u2019s computer.&#8221;&nbsp; I know how to read between the lines here.&nbsp; So we have&#8230; Let us take a look at what we\u2019ve got here and look at what the American voter should be made aware of.&nbsp; We\u2019ve got this deviant, Anthony Weiner, and his unsecured laptop which may have &#8212; most likely does have &#8212; classified State Department data on it.&nbsp; This is a guy who\u2019s been sexting with teenage girls. He\u2019s everything from a blackmail risk to just absolute reprobate behavior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_129780\" class=\"img_middle\" align=\"middle\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/HillaryClintonCrime-Family-B.jpg\"\/><line xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">This guy has had access to who knows what, and who knows what a guy like this sexting with teenagers&#8230; One of the things guys like this like to do is really impress young people with what they know and how inside they are.&nbsp; Who knows what this guy\u2019s blabbed!&nbsp; Then we have WikiLeaks and all of the information we\u2019re learning about the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.&nbsp; We\u2019ve got Hillary\u2019s illegal server, and we know the president of the United States lied when he said he didn\u2019t know about it \u2019til we all found out in the news.<\/line><\/p>\n<p>He was communicating with her on what he knew to be an illegal server by using a fake name.&nbsp; Obama has been reduced to a liar.&nbsp; This is what happens to people who come in contact with the Clintons.&nbsp; Nothing good happens to most of them, and Clinton and her illegal behavior has now snared Obama for whatever reason.&nbsp; Then we\u2019ve got Obamacare, which is just an abject disaster that was also presented with a series of major, serious lies. &#8220;If you like your doctor, keep him; like your plan, keep it! Premiums are gonna come down $2,500.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>None of it was true.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every bit of it has been a giant lie for the sake of getting it passed.<\/p>\n<p>The voters need to know as much as possible about this, and thank goodness Trump is carrying the water on it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: What is all anybody wants to know?&nbsp;
