They really did.<\/p>\n<p>TRUMP:\u00a0 And it is everybody\u2019s hope that it is about to be corrected.<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: (cheers)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Yep.\u00a0 Not gonna happen before the election, though.\u00a0 That can\u2019t&#8230; They don\u2019t move that fast.<\/p>\n<p>TRUMP:\u00a0 So that is a big announcement that I heard 10 minutes ago &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: (cheers)<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P_mAsPd6fkU\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>TRUMP: &#8212; and I guess, obviously, most of you folks have heard about.\u00a0 And in all fairness, for all of the people that have suffered for doing so much less &#8212; including just recently Four-Star General James Cartwright, General Petraeus, and many others &#8212; perhaps finally justice will be done.<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: (cheers)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Donald Trump in Manchester, New Hampshire, here at a rally reacting to the FBI reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton\u2019s emails.<\/p>\n<p>TRUMP:\u00a0 With that being said, the rest of my speech is going to be so boring.<\/p>\n<p>CROWD: (laughter)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 No, it won\u2019t, but we gotta go.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Trump may have misspoken.\u00a0 I am not sure.\u00a0 We don\u2019t know that the DOJ has signed off on this FBI investigation.\u00a0 The DOJ doesn\u2019t have to sign off.\u00a0 The FBI can investigate whatever it wants.\u00a0 The DOJ gets involved when the FBI wants to indict or needs a grand jury.\u00a0 Now, they do work together, but there\u2019s nothing that says the FBI can\u2019t reopen something or investigate without the DOJ\u2019s approval.\u00a0 It could well be that Loretta Lynch doesn\u2019t know anything about this.\u00a0 It could well be.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Krugman of the New York Times &#8212; they\u2019re all upset out there on the left.\u00a0 They\u2019re coming apart out there.\u00a0 They know what the potential here is, even if nothing happens in this investigation, just the fact that it\u2019s been reopened is a nail in a coffin.\u00a0 Whether it\u2019s the final nail or not, who knows.\u00a0 Paul Krugman of the New York Times saying Comey needs to provided full information immediately, otherwise he has clearly made a partisan intervention betraying his office.<\/p>\n<p>See, it was okay when Comey looked the other way. It was okay when Bill Clinton partisan got involved with Loretta Lynch, yes, that was fine and dandy.\u00a0 But Comey reopening, you can\u2019t do that, not without us knowing what you\u2019re doing, not without us approving, and if you\u2019re going partisan on us, against us, you better let us know.\u00a0 When Comey\u2019s partisan for them, that\u2019s the way things are supposed to be.\u00a0 Would you like to hear Wolf Blitzer getting the bad news?\u00a0 Audio sound bite number 22 this afternoon on CNN.<\/p>\n<p>BLITZER:\u00a0 Breaking news I want to bring to our viewers right now.\u00a0 A new possible investigation by the FBI into Hillary Clinton\u2019s emails.\u00a0 Our justice correspondent, Evan Perez, is joining us now with details.\u00a0 What are you learning, Evan?<\/p>\n<p>PEREZ:\u00a0 Well, the FBI director Jim Comey has sent a letter to members of Congress telling them that the FBI is taking a look at another set of emails that it hadn\u2019t previously taken a look at while he was doing its investigation.\u00a0 This letter that Comey has now sent to members of Congress says that new emails have now come to the attention of the investigative team.\u00a0 We\u2019re told that the investigators are now going to look to see whether or not these additional emails that have been uncovered contain classified information, as well as whether to assess their importance to this investigation.\u00a0 Wolf, this means that the investigation which we thought was over with is now back open.\u00a0 This is another worry for the Clinton campaign, as we come to the closing days before the election.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e2zYUDfphko\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 Folks, it\u2019s all over the WikiLeaks document dump.\u00a0 Clinton staffers are actually, &#8220;What does she think she\u2019s doing?&#8221;\u00a0 This was about the time she was setting up the server.\u00a0 And Trump has made a point.\u00a0 Trump tweeted out, &#8220;If my staff were talking about me the way Hillary\u2019s people talk about her, I would fire them.&#8221;\u00a0 Meaning what Hillary\u2019s staffers said about need to sober her up at three in the afternoon.\u00a0 I mean, the things that Hillary\u2019s staff people are saying about her in their emails, it shows fear, but it doesn\u2019t show a lot of respect.<\/p>\n<p>You know what it shows?\u00a0 It shows a bunch of people who think they\u2019re essentially producers, that they\u2019re running Hillary.\u00a0 As I read these emails from all these different people that are on Hillary\u2019s team, I get the impression they\u2019re the decision-makers and she\u2019s the robot.\u00a0 She gets sent out to do this, do that, and when she does things on her own without telling them like this server, they\u2019re bamboozled.<\/p>\n<p>They don\u2019t know what she\u2019s doing and they\u2019re worried.\u00a0 And then there are emails like it\u2019s the middle of the afternoon, do we need to send somebody up there to sober her up?\u00a0 For some function that was coming up later that night.\u00a0 So this has given wild idea that Hillary is a daytime consumer of adult beverages.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_129748\" class=\"img_right\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/618816398_large.jpg\" align=\"right\" \/>These leaks now, the WikiLeak emails are making the front page of the New York Times, the Washington Post, and they\u2019re becoming lead items with ABC, CBS, and NBC, and I\u2019m telling you it\u2019s because of the foundation and what\u2019s easily understood, the Clintons getting rich off their own charity.\u00a0 That\u2019s where that is headed.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s easy to explain &#8212; well, it\u2019s not easy &#8212; it can be easy to explain if you know how to do it, but it\u2019s easy to understand that it\u2019s wrong.\u00a0 Everybody, low-information, knows you\u2019re not supposed to get rich off your own charity.\u00a0 Charities is when you give money, not when you take it.\u00a0 Everybody understands that.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/nationworld\/ct-fbi-new-investigation-clinton-emails-20161028-story.html\" target=\"_blank\">Washington Post original report<\/a> on the opening of the investigation.\u00a0 &#8220;In a letter to congressional leaders, Comey said that the FBI had, in connection with an &#8216;unrelated case,\u2019 recently &#8216;learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the Clinton investigation.'&#8221;\u00a0 So, as I read this, Comey said the FBI had in connection with an unrelated case recently learned of the existence of emails.<\/p>\n<p>So the investigation had been shut down, but it wasn\u2019t closed.\u00a0 Maybe it was and they reopened it.\u00a0 But what could be this unrelated case?\u00a0 It has to be WikiLeaks.\u00a0 It has to be what\u2019s in WikiLeaks.\u00a0 The hacker, by the way, whoever it is &#8212;
