I haven’t found any on climate change. We got emails from Hillary to her campaign staff and her campaign staff to Hillary. </line>

We have emails from donors. We got thousands and thousands of emails here that have been leaked and dumped, and I can’t find any reference to climate change. Now, the reason I find that fascinating, ’cause it’s the number one issue. You know, Obama’s out there saying it’s the number one national security threat, and he’s got his Joint Chiefs of Staff out there planning American battles, military engagements on that basis.

We are forward planning and strategic on what the planet will look like with climate change as we decide to go into various areas of the world if we have to. I know it’s absurd, but they’re out saying so, and Hillary makes a big, big deal about climate change. And yet I can’t find them talking about it. I can find them strategizing about any number of things in these WikiLeaks email dumps, but there’s not a thread on climate change whatsoever. Why is that? If climate change were that big a deal to these people, don’t you think they would be talking about it internally?

Strategizing how to use it, how to promote it, how to use it as a campaign aid? I can’t find any reference to it. And I’m not surprised by it. The whole thing is bogus and made up, designed like they always do to scare you. But, look, the bottom line is, folks: They are unified. Their single objective is taking us out. We do not have that. Look at what’s happening on our side. I mean, it’s atrocious. It is actually embarrassing.

<line xmlns:tmp="http://ez.no/namespaces/ezpublish3/temporary/">Here you have the Republican Party, and they had, what, 16, 15 candidates seek the Republican nomination? And Donald Trump won it. And they have been enraged actually since day one when Trump announced, and his statement did not result in a Trump implosion, and then future Trump statements and appearances did not result in a Trump implosion. But the candidates that the Republican Party…They thought they had the best presidential field ever, and they hated and resented Trump for that. </line>

But not a one of them could beat Trump. So now they’re looking at scapegoats. They’re looking here; they’re looking at talk radio, other places. But, as usual, they’re ignoring the people. They’re ignoring their own voters. Trump is winning not ’cause of talk radio, not because of this or that. Trump is winning because people that vote Republican have been let down and disappointed one too many times, and their instinct is being borne out here. The Republican Party is not interested in winning.

It clearly is not interested in winning. And if you want to be even more specific than that, it is paramountly obvious that they’re not even interested in defeating the Democrats. Well, Republican voters are fed up with Democrats and Democrat policy. Republican voters and people all over this country are fed up with what Democrat leftist policies are doing to this country, and they want it stopped, and the only agency that can stop it has been the Republican Party, and they have refused to!

The Republican Party has steadfastly sided with its donors and its lobbyists, and this is why we’re where we are. The Republican Party is in a predicament that it made itself. It made its own bed, and now they don’t want to lay in it. Now they want to run from the bed that they made. But this is a… It’s a problem that need not exist, but it illustrates what we’re all really up against here, and that is what has been called the establishment or the elites and whatever.

But it’s comprised of both Republicans and Democrats and their membership in this club known as the establishment, party affiliation is second or third in terms of your qualifications to be in the club. It’s just mind-boggling. All of these years I’ve been doing this program I was under the impression the Republican Party wanted to beat Democrats. And as the years have gone by, it’s become obvious to me that that’s not their number one objective.

At the same time, it’s abundantly clear the Democrats want to eliminate us. They don’t even want us around. I think the Democrat attitude is, “You know, we’ve toyed with you people for all these years, and we’ve been faking you out. We’ve been making it look like we want you in our club, but we really don’t. We don’t want… You’re nothing but a bunch of foils, and we don’t need you anymore, and we’re just gonna wipe you out.

<line xmlns:tmp="http://ez.no/namespaces/ezpublish3/temporary/">“When this election is over, you’re done, you’re finished. Thank you.

CALLER: Thank you so much for taking my call. I have a couple comments. My first is, is Paul Ryan absolutely stupid with his knee-jerk reaction to an 11-year-old statement that Trump said and just kicks him under the bus? It’s so frustrating that you watch Democrats circle the wagons around the most heinous things some Democrats have done, and immediately Paul Ryan just, boom! Kicks him under the bus. It’s just frustrating. It then creates, really, a lot more hoopla in a way than shouldn’t have caused. It’s an 11-year-old statement; the man apologized for it.

<line xmlns:tmp="http://ez.no/namespaces/ezpublish3/temporary/">You know, when I thought about it I started to remember all of those stories of Vernon Jordan and Bill Clinton on the golf course years ago, first term of Clinton, and all of a sudden things that were reported and recorded between Clinton and Jordan! Jordan, I think, finally had to resign because of his (disgusted sigh) womanizing tendencies or however you want to phrase it. But that goes away; that never gets played. Nothing. And they stand by ’em. The Democrats are happy to give it to ’em. They stand by. They don’t care. They’re gonna do whatever it takes to win. They will stand by Hitler, if it would get them the office to win. But we? We don’t. And I say “we” loosely, because I’m a registered independent, but I vote conservative.</line>

RUSH: Right.

CALLER: And we just chuck ’em under the bus! We chuck ’em under the bus! Within what, an hour? It was so quick, bam!

RUSH: Yeah, you would think they would want to win, right? But it looks like they don’t want to win if it means winning with Trump. They must really hate Trump out there, Gretchen.

CALLER: Well, yes, I think they really do hate Trump for a lot of reasons. There’s a lot of different reasons why they hate Trump, and it’s a myriad, and they all have their different things. He’s an outside; they’re an insider. I think there are some RINOs who like the TPP and a lot of the kind of globalist things. There’s money to be made there, and then there are some Republicans who a little bit more have the national concern first. But this is the kind of stuff that Paul Ryan did that’s gotten Trump in the race.

RUSH: What this is exposing, Gretchen, is it’s exposing that all of these years of Republican fundraising on the premise that they want to beat Democrats? It wasn’t true within was it?

CALLER: No, it wasn’t true.

RUSH: That’s not what they really want to do. I mean, because this… (chuckles)

CALLER: It would appear so. You know, when the Tea Party started, I think there was a paradigm shift in my mind.

RUSH: You know what? The Republican Party was just as scared of the Tea Party as the Democrats were. We just didn’t know it at the time.

CALLER: Right. But it changed their donations, and a lot of people started in my opinion donating — me personally — directly to a candidate and not for the party.

<line xmlns:tmp="http://ez.no/namespaces/ezpublish3/temporary/">RUSH: Yeah.</line>

CALLER: I told them on the phone when they would call and solicit. They would let me know it was being recorded. I said, “Oh, good! This goes back to the nineties. It was the Jockey Club which was the restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, and I can’t mention the names, but boy, would I love to. I mean, you know these people. They’re Democrats, Democrat campaign chairman, and they’re talking about Vernon. They’re openly admitting it.

They’re talking about how Vernon cheats, I mean, he philanders, he’s all over place, and they love him for it. People at the table were incredulous. “You mean you don’t have a problem with that?” “Hell, no! It’s Vernon Jordan! What we gonna do ’bout it? It’s Vernon Jordan. It’s what the guy is! It’s just who the guy is! What the hell we gonna do bout? He’s the greatest guy. You can’t do nothing in this town without Vernon, so if you want to…” Okay. It was an eye-opening thing. Vernon Jordan would be out there.

He and Clinton would be in the same golf cart, they’d been out there playing golf, and every other word, folks, was what people hate Trump for today! He and Vernon Jordan, Clinton and Vernon Jordan were talking about “the kitty,” the pussycat every other sentence. Vernon got Monica a gig somewhere out of the White House, got her an offer for a gig somewhere. And then after Vernon left with Monica, here came Jesse Jackson to the White House for public prayer sessions so that Bill Clinton could get right with God after this mortal transgression and sin. It was the most puke-y thing.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

<line xmlns:tmp="http://ez.no/namespaces/ezpublish3/temporary/">RUSH: Timothy in Detroit. Timothy, great that you waited. Thank you, and welcome to the program.</line>

CALLER: Thank you very much, Rush. Keep encouraging us. But, anyways, Paul Ryan, I think you’re right about the Huckabee theory. I thought maybe he was just incompetent, but I think he’s destroyed the Republican Party. I think it’s going to overflow into the Senate races when it comes to Kelly Ayotte and [Pat] Toomey of Pennsylvania and —

RUSH: Wait, wait, wait. You think the Republicans are gonna win or lose the Senate?

CALLER: I think the Republicans are gonna lose now that Paul Ryan has kind of disavowed Trump.

RUSH: Oh, okay.

CALLER: I mean, he says he’s backing ’em but pulling the money away.

RUSH: Okay, you think it’s Ryan who’s destroying the party, not Trump?

CALLER: Absolutely, Ryan.

RUSH: That’s what, you mean.

CALLER: I think he needs to come out under the Capitol steps along with all these Republicans that say they’re not backing Trump, and they need to come out and forcefully say, “We are backing Donald Trump. We made a large, huge mistake.” If 75% of Trump’s supporters want Trump in there, this is definitely gonna be bad for the Republicans. They might even lose the House, Rush.

RUSH: Yeah? Yeah. Maybe. Maybe.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I have a question for Republicans running for the House and the Senate. I’m asking this question with genuine sincerity: Why should people vote for you? It’s clear that you don’t want to stop Hillary Clinton.

It is clear that many of you do not want to try to keep Hillary Clinton out of the White House. So if it’s not important to keep her out of the White House, why is it important to elect you? Now, I can imagine the answers. The answers are, “Well, she’s gonna win because Trump is so bad, and we’re the people that are gonna stop her.” Yeah, but where’s the evidence you want to stop her? Where’s the evidence that you want to be around to put the brakes on?

“Well, Rush, we just can’t abide Trump. We can’t… (stammering) We do but we can’t we just can’t do it with Trump.
