“We announced early this morning that I have decided to keep doing this for four more years, and I want to be honest with you about it. I\u2019m always honest. I want to tell you something. I have, in the past six months, really been going back and forth on whether or not I wanted to keep doing this or move on to something else — or nothing.”  <\/p>\n

“Eight years ago, the sea levels were gonna come down. The planet was going to heal. There was gonna be love and utopia everywhere.  And, of course, none of what Obama projected — none of what he promised — none of the pictures he painted have come anywhere near being true.”<\/p>\n

“Where are the objective standards of measurement and analysis of Obama\u2019s presidency? They don\u2019t exist. As far as the Drive-Bys are concerned, he sounds like he\u2019s a Harvard-educated guy. He has intellectualspeak down pat. So that\u2019s all you need!” <\/p>\n

“The only hope Democrats have is to destroy Trump because Hillary cannot win this on her own.” <\/p>\n

“Obama made it sound like Trump is totally unacceptable, which spawns some obvious questions. ‘Well, if he\u2019s unacceptable, Mr. President, and he wins, what are you gonna do? What are you gonna do if he wins? It\u2019s November 8th, he wins the election, you got two months to go. What are you gonna do?'” <\/p>\n

“Political correctness is censorship. It is control. It has become dangerous and mean-spirited. But it only succeeds because other virtues designed to stop this kind of insanity have already evaporated and flittered away.” <\/p>\n

“Everybody\u2019s feeding off the gigantic, swollen federal teat, and they just keep sucking and sucking — and the way they do it is report and say whoever\u2019s in charge of the teat wants said.” <\/p>\n

“Can you recall ever, in your lifetime, an incumbent outgoing president being this involved in the presidential campaign to replace him? I can\u2019t.” <\/p>\n

“If Trump were to win this election, it won\u2019t take much to lift the veil of what\u2019s really gone on the past eight years. The American people will be informed about what\u2019s really gone on in Washington that the media didn\u2019t tell \u2019em.” <\/p>\n

“Obama is completely undermining our system of government where power is passed from one party to the other or kept within the party but it\u2019s done peacefully, gracefully, cheerfully. What\u2019s Obama gonna do if Trump wins? Trump is unsuitable, Trump is — what\u2019s the word? Trump is unacceptable. Well, what\u2019s he gonna do if Trump wins? And, by the way, not fit?” <\/p>\n

“I wish these people that write these stories would stop using these acronyms like we all know what they mean. I\u2019m gonna start speaking in acronyms and see how many people know what the heck I\u2019m talking about.”<\/p>\n

“Everybody digs fairness, so we do fairness here at the EIB Network.” <\/p>\n

“I think the coarsening of the culture, the debasement and the erasure of morality is actually what provides the foundation for the destruction of the political process. If behavioral standards and moral codes and moral authority vanish, what is it that gives the political system its weight anyway?” <\/p>\n

“Virtues are taboo. Virtues are old-fashioned. We make fun of people of virtue. People of honor and integrity? There are people that get away with faking it now that don\u2019t really have it, because if you have honor and integrity, you\u2019re an old fuddy-duddy. This is how all of these great institutions and traditions have become corrupted.” <\/p>\n

“People think they\u2019ve been corrupted by politics — and they have been, \u2019cause everything is being politicized.”   <\/p>\n
