CALLER:\u00a0 Thank you, Rush.\u00a0 I appreciate the time to be on your show today, and I just wanted to say, all of us Dittoheads out here who are loyal listeners, we love your show, we love you, and most of all we love our military.\u00a0 In the spirit of Memorial Day, all the men and women who served and gave the ultimate price for our country, thanks so much for doing what you do for us.<\/p>\n

RUSH:\u00a0 Well, it\u2019s the other way around, but thank you, I appreciate it.\u00a0 I really do.<\/p>\n

CALLER:\u00a0 Yeah, sure.\u00a0 And, hey, you know, just looking at Barack\u2019s recent comments about the people, the world leaders who are a bit, you know, uneasy about the possibility of Trump becoming president? I really think that\u2019s Barack himself talking.\u00a0 I think, if you just look at, you know, the state of the world and way things are, you know, his legacy is at stake here. So I think, if Trump becomes our next president and the slogan is “Make America Great Again…”, you know, even that slogan is really sort of a smack at Obama\u2019s legacy.\u00a0 So I\u2019m thinking he\u2019s gonna try to do everything he can just to keep that from happening.<\/p>\n

And in that effort, I don\u2019t think the Department of Justice will be able to bring charges. I think they\u2019re gonna drop any charges that Comey will bring on Hillary\u2019s email scandal.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know what your opinion is, Rush, but I really feel like it\u2019s gonna be tucked under the carpet.\u00a0 I know that your theory is that on the private server that she had installed in her home, there was some damning evidence there about the Clinton cash and the Clinton Foundation.\u00a0 I think also there may have been some additional information regarding Obama and the way he handled Benghazi and other issues during his his presidency.\u00a0 So I think she needs to get rid of those, and then, in that effort, I think Obama will be supporting her totally here, moving forward through the election.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RUSH:\u00a0 I will repeat my theory on this.\u00a0 And my theory evolved earlier this week.\u00a0 What was the news story that was more drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip?\u00a0 Oh.\u00a0 It was the inspector general report on Hillary and her emails, which made it clear she has violated the law, which made it clear she has lied.\u00a0 She\u2019s told everybody that there was not an investigation. It was just “a review.”\u00a0 There is an investigation.\u00a0 Do you know that this inspector general review produced three emails that nobody knew existed?<\/p>\n

Why is that important?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important because Mrs. Clinton told everybody she\u2019d reviewed all the emails and turned over 30,000 of them to the State Department and destroyed the others \u2019cause they were about Hillary\u2019s yoga classes and her daughter\u2019s wedding and other such unrelated stuff.\u00a0 And the inspector general, going through these emails, said there are three emails that were found that nobody knew existed, that were not part of the original 30,000 that she submitted.\u00a0 I forget what they were about.\u00a0 But here\u2019s what I think is happening.<\/p>\n

I think Obama does not, in this case as in every other case, want his fingerprints on whatever the objective is.\u00a0 I think… I don\u2019t know the details or why, but I think there\u2019s bad blood there, for some reason.\u00a0 It may involve race and that 2008 campaign and Bill Clinton and things he said about Obama, who carries grudges. Barack Obama carries lifetime grudges — and, remember, Bill Clinton, among other things, was talking to Ted Kennedy in the 2008 campaign in South Carolina, and he said to Ted Kennedy, “Hey, what did you do, Ted?<\/p>\n

“It wasn\u2019t that long ago, a guy like this would be bringing us our drinks.”\u00a0 Obama doesn\u2019t forget stuff like that, and so they turned around, they fired the race card on Clinton — and he got mad. “They played the race card on me! I can\u2019t believe Jesse Jackson\u2019s out there saying that I did things.”\u00a0 So I think that Obama\u2019s responsible for the drip, drip, drip, drip.\u00a0 The drip, drip, drip, drip could be stopped.\u00a0 This is all the executive branch.\u00a0 If Obama wanted to get that IG report shaped or flavored one way, he could.<\/p>\n

Folks, doubt me on this.<\/p>\n

This administration\u2019s already demonstrated that they\u2019re corrupt in this regard, and the rule of law doesn\u2019t matter, and procedures and things.\u00a0 So the things that we\u2019ve always joked about the powerful doing to protect themselves, this bunch — I\u2019m convinced — does it.\u00a0 So if they wanted to shut down the IG report, they could, or if they wanted to flavor it so that it was damaging or not the damaging, they could do that, too.\u00a0 “But, Rush! But, Rush! The inspector general is supposed to independent.”\u00a0 Yeah, yeah, yeah, and Obamacare is not supposed to be able to be expanded with executive actions, either.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
