You know, whether it be white Americans, black Americans, he\u2019s screwing the whole country over, and he doesn\u2019t care.\u00a0 And I\u2019ve been to training sessions with the union that I\u2019m in now, and they\u2019re basically&#8230; You know, I went to a training session and I had a guy, and he basically stated in this class that he would rather give his money to the government than to his own family when he passed away.\u00a0 And I was like, &#8220;Are you nuts?\u00a0 Seriously?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 That\u2019s called &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 Does your family know this?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 That\u2019s called &#8220;indoctrination.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 It\u2019s nuuuuuuuts!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Well, he\u2019s a useful idiot. Exactly right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 It\u2019s nuts.\u00a0 And, you know, my situation is, my entire family on my mother\u2019s side is conservative.\u00a0 My family on the left said is liberal.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 That\u2019s gotta be fun Thanksgiving and Christmases at your family.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 Well, I avoid it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Hang on here a minute, Mike.\u00a0 I\u2019ve got an obscene profit time-out here, a commercial break.\u00a0 Back in a moment.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_122955\" class=\"img_right\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/513052916_large.jpg\" align=\"right\" \/>RUSH:\u00a0 Back to Mike in Trenton. \u00a0So your family, mother\u2019s side conservative, father side liberal or vice versa, but you &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 &#8212; saw the light.\u00a0 What caused you to see the light?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:\u00a0 Well, you know, when Obama got elected I thought everything was gonna be great.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Why?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: \u00a0I was a member of a major, you know, union.\u00a0 I ate that propaganda and all that stuff. And the thing of it is, I\u2019ve got an uncle, and he used to be a US congressman for my area, before Buz Lukens was elected.\u00a0 I felt more akin with him than anybody.\u00a0 We would talk and everything he would say to me I really just believed in.\u00a0 And so I started listening to you about five or six months ago, and everything you said, everything I heard on the radio, I thought, man, that makes sense.\u00a0 You know?\u00a0 Everything that you see anymore with the Democrats is crazy.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:\u00a0 It\u2019s not true!\u00a0 The thing about it is that nothing\u2019s real on that side anymore.\u00a0 Everything\u2019s spin, everything\u2019s buzz, everything\u2019s a lie.\u00a0 They can\u2019t afford truth or reality.\u00a0 Everything is made up.\u00a0 Yeah, I can imagine the conflict that you had.\u00a0 You probably realized it a lot sooner than you think you did.\u00a0 You just didn\u2019t want to admit it.\u00a0 It\u2019s gotta be tough, your family being divided the way it is, and your union ties and so forth.<\/p>\n<p>But welcome home.\u00a0 It\u2019s great to have you on our side.\u00a0 It took courage on your part, too, because your union buddies, like your guy who said, &#8220;I want my estate to go to the government when I die and not my family.&#8221;\u00a0 That\u2019s really smart, isn\u2019t it?\u00a0 I mean, that\u2019s indoctrination, pure and simple.\u00a0 Mike, I appreciate the call.\u00a0 Thank you very much.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH:\u00a0 Up next on the phones is Mike in Trenton, Ohio.\u00a0 Mike, I\u2019m glad you waited, and welcome.\u00a0 Great to have you here with us.
