Last night on ESPN Sports Center, here is the anchor Stuart Scott.<\/line><\/p>\n<p>SCOTT:  It\u2019s never really been about football for Donovan McNabb.  He was booed by his hometown fans the day he was drafted.  He was the focal point of a Rush Limbaugh controversy that he had absolutely nothing to do with.  His perceived or real feud with Terrell Owens stole headlines for a while.  Is he or is he not a Hall of Famer?  Maybe one of sports\u2019 burning questions.  Will we ever see him start again is now another.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Scott_McnabbStill.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH:  Wow.
